| Objective:In this study,203 patients with acute cerebral infarction were investigated retrospectively to understand their recovery,to evaluate the relevant risk factors and the relationship between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment effect,so as to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the correlation between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and the risk factors and the treatment effect of acute cerebral infarction.Method:From September 2017 to January 2019,203 effective cases were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine. For patients who have been hospitalized and discharged and meet the inclusion criteria, detailed medical history inquiry shall be carried out before and after admission.According to the inquiry, the risk factors of patients with acute cerebral infarction shall be determined, and the state of illness at the time of admission and discharge shall be understood. The scores of admission and discharge shall be evaluated with Nihss-scale,and the treatment effect of patients shall be evaluated, and they shall be divided into four groups(recovery group, significant effect group The effective group and the ineffective group were used to make clear the constitution of the patients by "TCM constitution classification and judgment table".The data were analyzed by SPSS 25 to explore the relationship between the therapeutic effect of patients and the Constitution and risk factors of traditional Chinese medicine.Result:The most common risk factors of 203 patients with acute cerebral infarction were hypertension and old age. There were 135 patients with hypertension, accounting for 66.50% of the total sample. There were 102 patients aged over 60,accounting for 50.24% of the total sample.Among the risk factors, old age, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, drinking alcohol had significant correlation with clinical efficacy(P< 0.05);hypertension,hyperglycemia,smoking had no correlation with clinical efficacy(P> 0.05).In this study,203 patients with acute cerebral infarction were counted, including 65 in the recovery group, accounting for 32.02% of the total number,68 in the effective group, accounting for 33.49% of the total number,35 in the effective group, accounting for 17.24% of the total number, and 35 in the ineffective group, accounting for 17.24% of the total number.According to the statistics of this study, the TCM constitution types of patients with acute cerebral infarction from high to low are:phlegm dampness, yin deficiency, blood stasis,Qi deficiency, peace, damp heat = qi stagnation.Among them, phlegm dampness, yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and blood stasis accounted for 94.58% of the total.Among them, phlegm dampness accounts for 38.46%,yin deficiency accounts for 32.30%,blood stasis accounts for 15.38%,Qi deficiency accounts for 7.69%;phlegm dampness accounts for 32.35%,yin deficiency accounts for 23.53%,Qi deficiency accounts for 14.71%,blood stasis accounts for 27.94%;phlegm dampness accounts for 22.86%,yin deficiency accounts for 40.00%,blood stasis accounts for 11.43%,Qi deficiency accounts for 11.43% in the effective group;Yin deficiency accounts for 14.71% in the ineffective group The deficiency of Qi and blood stasis accounted for 22.86%,31.43%,34.29% and 8.57%,respectively.The recovery group, the effective group and the effective group were mainly phlegm dampness and yin deficiency, while the ineffective group were mainly Yin deficiency, phlegm dampness and Qi deficiency. In this study, the clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction is significantly related to the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine, and the order of clinical effect is: Blood Stasis quality > phlegm dampness quality > Yin deficiency quality > Qi deficiency quality.Among 203 patients with acute cerebral infarction,114 were male, accounting for 56.16%;89 were female, accounting for 43.84%;the average age was 65.14 ± 11.18 years. The main types of male patients were phlegm dampness, blood stasis and yin deficiency, while female patients were phlegm dampness, yin deficiency and Qi deficiency. The therapeutic effect of acute cerebral infarction has obvious correlation with theconstitution of traditional Chinese medicine.(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.In this study, there are 203 patients with acute cerebral infarction,65 in the recovery group, accounting for 32.02% of the total number,68 in the effective group, accounting for 33.49% of the total number,35 in the effective group, accounting for 17.24% of the total number, and 35 in the ineffective group, accounting for 17.24% of the total number.2.The TCM constitution types of patients with acute cerebral infarction are mainly phlegm dampness, yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and blood stasis.3.The recovery group, the effective group and the effective group were mainly phlegm dampness and yin deficiency, while the ineffective group were mainly Yin deficiency, phlegm dampness and Qi deficiency.4.There was no significant difference in the treatment effect of different gender patients with acute cerebral infarction.5.There is obvious correlation between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and the therapeutic effect, and the order of clinical effect is: Blood Stasis quality > phlegm dampness quality >Yin deficiency quality > Qi deficiency quality.6.In this study, hypertension and age are the most common risk factors for acute cerebral infarction.Age,hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease and alcohol consumption are significantly correlated with clinical efficacy.7.With the in-depth study of the therapeutic effect of ischemic stroke and the Constitution and risk factors of traditional Chinese medicine,it can provide reference for the prevention of ischemic stroke. At any stage of the disease, doctors can reduce the incidence of ischemic stroke and improve the survival rate and quality of life of ischemic stroke by actively improving patients’ physical bias and controlling risk factors. |
