Research On The Medication Rules Of Chinese Medicine For Alopecia Areata Based On Data Mining

Objective:to analyze the characteristics and prescription rules of the treatment of alopecia areata by data mining,and to summarize the treatment ideas,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of alopecia areata.Methods: By means of computer retrieval,the publicly published literatures related to the treatment of alopecia areata by traditional Chinese medicine in cnki,Chinese sci-tech journal database and wanfang database were retrieved,and the retrieval time range was January 1,1979,solstice,June 30,2019.Different retrieval strategies are adopted according to different databases,and the method of subject retrieval or title retrieval combined with full-text retrieval is adopted to ensure the comprehensiveness of document retrieval.The title of the final included literature and the data in the literature were input into 2013 Microsoft Excel,and a database was established.After standard processing of the data in the database,2013 Microsoft Excel was applied to calculate the frequency of drug,drug classification and sexual taste regression.IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for systematic cluster analysis and association analysis of high-frequency drugs to extract meaningful drug pairs and drug combinations.Results: a total of 179 references were included,including 159 prescriptions for the treatment of alopecia areata internally and 78 prescriptions for the treatment of alopecia areata externally.Data mining results showed that:In the frequency analysis,the internal treatment of alopecia areata use of the highest frequency of the top ten drugs: angelica,polygonum polygonum,cooked rehmannia,ligusticum,semen cuscuta,white peony,medlar,ligustri,tuckahoe,licorice.The drugs used to treat alopecia areata were mainly warm,flat and cold.Five tastes of sweet,bitter,spicy medicine is the most common;Main outcome: liver,spleen,kidney.Topical treatment of alopecia areata use of the highest frequency of the top ten drugs: side cyperi leaves,safflower,ginger,psoraleae,dried ginger,angelica,polygonum multiflorum,bone shreds,salvia miltiorrhiza,cantharides.In the topical treatment of alopecia areata,the drug properties are mainly warm,cold and hot.The five flavors are the most common ones: spicy,bitter and sweet.Main outcome: liver,spleen,lung.In terms of association analysis,the association analysis of high-frequency drugs for the treatment of alopecia areata was carried out,and 398 association rules with a gain greater than 1 and no repetition were finally obtained,among which 36 were in the number 1 of the preceding item,181 in the number 2 of the preceding item,142 in the number 3 of the preceding item,36 in the number 4 of the preceding item,and 2 in the number 5 of the preceding item.Association analysis of topical high-frequency drugs for the treatment of alopecia areata showed that 30 association rules with a gain greater than 1 were finally obtained,among which 18 were for the number 1 in the preceding item,11 were for the number 2 in the preceding item,and 1 were for the number 3 in the preceding item.In the aspect of cluster analysis,the high frequency drugs used for the treatment of alopecia areata can be clustered into 4 groups by systematic cluster analysis.Five kinds of high frequency drugs for topical treatment of alopecia areata were collected by systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.Alopecia areata is a disease with deficiency and excess.The treatment principles of internal and external use are roughly the same,with the treatment principles of supplementing qi and nourishing blood,regulating Yin and Yang,nourishing kidney and strengthening kidney,strengthening liver and spleen,activating blood circulation,clearing heat and cooling blood,removing wind and evil spirits.What is different is that the internal medicine is mainly used to repair deficiency,while the external medicine is mainly used to remove pathogenic factors and treat symptoms.2.The main application of internal treatment of temperature,taste gan ping drugs to tonic qingqing,temperature through collaterals,blood circulation to remove blood stasis,with cold,bitter taste of drugs to cool blood,wind and heat.External treatment of the main use of sexual temperature,flavor xin drugs to dispel the wind,cold,blood temperature,line dehumidification,with cold,bitter drugs to cool blood,Yin rundryness.3.Both the internal and external treatment of alopecia areata are mainly for the treatment of liver,and both attach importance to the application of blood drugs.The core drugs are the compatibility of blood tonic and blood activating drugs,but the difference is that the internal drugs are mostly from the treatment of liver,spleen and kidney,and attach importance to blood supplementation.External use from the liver,spleen and lung treatment,pay attention to promoting blood circulation.4.Internal administration of common drugs for the treatment of alopecia areata are angelica sinensis,polygonum multiflorum,cooked rehmannia glutinosa,ligusticum chuanxiong,semen cuscuta,etc.,four things soup,eight treasures soup,six taste rehmannia glutinosa soup,tongqiaoxi huoxu soup,god should raise the true soup,qibao beauty beard soup,two to pills for its commonly used prescription.External treatment of alopecia areata are common drugs such as leaves,red flowers,ginger,psoralea,dried ginger.
