Second to reverse research progress, including (1) drug history (2) clinical application research (3) safety pharmacology studies (4) (5) research of new dosage forms.Clinical research adopt randomized controlled method, to ordinary acne acne skin lesions in patients with counting, lesion score and TCM symptoms score as observation indexes, combination of traditional Chinese medicine internal and external use reverse flavored powder in treatment of gastrointestinal syndrome common acne, to evaluate the clinical efficacy of validation flavored reverse powder in treatment of gastrointestinal hot and unusual acne efficacy and safety of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of gastrointestinal syndrome unusually rich the content of the acne, provide the basis for further development and promotion of the power of upside down. Methods:59 patients with acne to intestines and stomach syndrome unusual sex was divided into 2 groups,31 cases for treatment group patients, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine internal and external flavored upside down; 28 cases for control group, pure internal and Chinese traditional medicine. A total of 6 weeks treatment. Results:the total effective rate of treatment group:93.54%, control group total effective rate is 64.28%. Conclusion:(1) experimental group and control group for intestines and stomach syndrome common acne facial skin has improved but there are differences between the two groups of curative effect, treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group curative effect; For no inflammatory lesions in the two groups were improved but there are differences between the two groups of curative effect, treatment group curative effect is better than the control group; For the inflammatory lesion of two groups were improved but no obvious difference was found between two groups of curative effect. (2) experimental group and control group for intestines and stomach syndrome common acne treatment of systemic symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine have curative effect and no difference in both groups, but there are different to the improvement of the symptoms of skin flattering, experimental group is better than the control group.
