Research On The Rule Of Medication Based On Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Urticaria

Purpose:Through data mining of the literature on traditional Chinese medicine for treating urticaria orally taking Chinese medicine,the law of internally taking Chinese medicine for treating urticaria is summarized,and effective drugs for treating urticaria are explored to improve the clinical efficacy.Material and method : Retrieved from January 31,2009 to December 31,2019,published in the three authoritative databases of China How Net,Weipu and Wanfang about oral Chinese medicine treatment of urticaria related literature,using advanced search on the database website,the theme is "urticaria" or "Addiction rash",and including journal documents that contain "Chinese medicine" and "clinical observation" in the full text,through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of three searches were performed,selecting documents that meet the requirements,and using Microsoft Excel statistical software for data collation and statistics,And make a table,using SPSS Modeler 18.0 for correlation analysis,cluster analysis,found its medication trends and core drugs,summarize the oral Chinese medicine treatment of urticaria.Results:1.This study screened a total of 305 articles that met the requirements.The total number of drugs used was 221 and the number of medications used was 3831.Among them,the more frequently used drugs were licorice,windproof,angelica,nepeta,astragalus,astragalus,Cicada metamorphosis,atractylodes,habitat,guizhi.The top Chinese medicines for urticaria in the study are classified according to their efficacy as divergent wind chills(680 times),qi supplements(638 times),blood supplements(398 times),divergent wind fever medicines(295 times),and heat clearing.Cooling blood medicine(239 times),heat-clearing and damp-drying medicine(215 times),liver-yang-relieving medicine(115 times),blood circulation regulating medicine(109 times),heat-clearing and purging medicine(101 times),and water-swelling anti-tumor medicine(101 times);2.In the study,the drugs used to treat urticaria were classified as sweet,spicy and bitter according to their taste.The frequency of sweet medicine was 2,087 times,accounting for36% of the frequency,the frequency of bitter medicine was 1371,accounting for 24%,and the frequency of spicy medicine.1736 times,accounting for 30% of the frequency;3.In the study,the drugs used to treat urticaria were classified as mild and cold.The frequency of warm medicine was 1765 times(46%),and the frequency of cold medicine was1340 times(35%).4.The drugs used to treat urticaria in the study are classified according to meridian.The frequency of liver meridian is 2029 times,accounting for 20% of the frequency,ranking first,and the frequency of spleen meridian is 1840 times,accounting for 18% of the frequency.Second,the frequency of lung meridians is 1783 times,accounting for 18% of the frequency,ranking third,the frequency of gastric meridians is 1185 times,accounting for 12%,the frequency of heart meridians is 1016,accounting for 10%.5.The most commonly used medicine pairs are licorice with angelica,licorice with peony,licorice with nepeta,licorice with windproof,licorice with astragalus,angelica with white radix,angelica with nepeta,angelica with windproof,angelica with astragalus and astragalus With windproof,Nepeta with windproof.6.Through cluster analysis,the high-frequency drugs for oral treatment of urticaria were divided into 9 categories.Concludion:1.The cause of urticaria is mostly external solid or insufficiency,and wind evil invades the muscle surface,resulting in maladjustment of the camp and the guard.Therefore,its treatment is based on the principle of removing external wind and replenishing the external deficiency.,Nepeta,Astragalus are commonly used drugs.2.Among the commonly used drugs for the treatment of urticaria,the main flavors are sweet,spicy and bitter,the main medicinal properties are warm and cold,and the main meridians are liver,spleen,lung,stomach and heart meridian.3.The compatibility of commonly used drug pairs can enhance the curative effect,and it needs to be increased or decreased with the symptoms.4.Guizhi decoction for urticaria manifested by wind-cold beam syndrome,the syndrome of the Six Meridians is the sun disease;ephedra forsythia red Xiaodou decoction for urticaria ofthe damp heat syndrome,the syndrome of the Six Meridians is the sun disease.5.Xiaofengsan is mainly used to treat urticaria with wind-heat offense.Angelica Yinzi is used to treat urticaria with blood-deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome.Allergy decoction has both internal and external solutions.Jingfang and Shifang can complement each other and learn from each other.
