Purpose:Organize the medical records of famous and old Chinese medicine,analyze the treatment rules of chronic urticaria,and provide guidance and theoretical basis for clinical medication.Materials and methods: Screened in the China Digital Library Periodical Full-text Database,China Knowledge Network Database,Wanfang Database,Weipu Database,"Hundred Years of Chinese Clinicians in TCM","Inheritance of Old Recipes-Dermatology","Tian Suqin’s Dermatology Clinical Experience Collection" Make medical records,extract syndrome types,establish clinical databases,and use statistical methods to analyze the frequency,frequency,and cluster analysis of the use of drugs to explore the regularity and characteristics of famous traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Results:1.Screen out 105 famous old Chinese medical records and establish a database.2.Statistics of 157 famous traditional Chinese medicines,mostly anti-surface medicine,supplementary deficiency medicine,heat-clearing medicine;the medicine is mostly warm,cold,and calm;the medicine is mostly sweet,spicy,bitter;the classics are mostly Liver,lung,spleen and stomach.The top ten commonly used drugs are licorice,wind,white peony,catmint,white fresh skin,angelica,cicada slough,habitat,astragalus,twig of twig,tribulus terrestris.3.Through cluster analysis,it can be concluded that 11 famous groups of traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of chronic urticaria are commonly used in 11 groups of Divine Comedy,Hawthorn;Keel,Oyster;Red Peony,Peony Bark;Honeysuckle,Forsythia;Atractylodes,Astragalus;Ginger,Jujube;Guizhi,white peony;ebony,schisandra;nepeta,cicada slough;angelica,Chuanxiong.4.Through cluster analysis,five groups of potential new prescriptions of famous old Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic urticaria C1 Divine Comedy,Hawthorn,Oyster,Keel,Digozi,Polygonum multiflorum;C2 Habitat,Tribulus Terrestris,Red Peony,Peony Skin, Fresh White Skin,Scutellaria baicalensis,Atractylodes lucidum,Sophora flavescens,honeysuckle,forsythia,gypsum;C3 Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus,windbreak,ginger,jujube,Guizhi,white peony root,ephedra,almond,salvia,orange peel,duckweed;C4Schisandra,ebony,Bupleurum,Black snake;C5 Nepeta,Cicada slough,Silkworm,Qiang Huo,Angelica,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Licorice.In conclusion:1.It is concluded that the disease is mainly based on the deficiency of the standard and the heat syndrome is the majority.The famous old Chinese medicine treatment of chronic urticaria is mostly anti-surface medicine,tonic deficiency medicine and heat-clearing medicine.2.It is concluded that the medicinal properties are mostly warm,cold,and calm;the medicinal flavors are mostly sweet,spicy,and bitter;the meridians are mostly liver,lung,spleen and stomach.3.The top ten commonly used drugs are licorice,windbreak,white peony root,schizonepeta,white fresh skin,angelica,cicada slough,habitat,astragalus,Guizhi,Tribulus terrestris.4.Summed up the 11 pairs of clinically meaningful medicine pairs: Divine Comedy,Hawthorn;Dragon Bone,Oyster;Red Peony,Peony Bark;Honeysuckle,Forsythia;Atractylodes,Astragalus;Ginger,Jujube;Guizhi,White Peony;Ebony,Schisandra;Nepeta,cicada slough;Angelica,Chuanxiong.5.Summarize the potential new prescription C1 is suitable for chronic urticaria such as deficiency of qi and blood or damp heat and spleen;C2 is suitable for chronic urticaria with heat syndrome;C3 is suitable for stroke deficiencies,the loss of health and the cause Chronic urticaria;C4 is clinically added and reduced lung qi and schisandra;schisandra;heavier itching;black snake;hepatic meridian,liver and qi stagnation plus Bupleurum;C5 blood deficiency,blood stasis and Cold chronic urticaria caused by wind.
