Research On The Measurement Of The Health Status Of The Middle-aged And Elderly Population In Henan And Its Influencing Factors

Health is the foundation of personal happiness and the embodiment of national prosperity.With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the health level of Chinese residents has gradually improved.The average life expectancy has increased from 35 years in the early days of the People's Republic of China to 77 years in 2019.However,with the improvement of health level,Chinese residents are also confronted with a series of new problems such as industrialization,urbanization,population aging and environmental pollution.In addition,with the proportion of middle-aged and elderly population in the total population increasing gradually,the health problems of this group have also become the focus of social concern.The outline of the "Healthy China 2030" plan sets a higher standard for the improvement of people's health level and health system,which reflects the overall solution of major and long-term health problems from the perspective of national strategy.This study is mainly based on the micro data of Henan province from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey(CHARLS)in 2013 and 2015.It analyzes the Health status and influencing factors of the middle-aged and elderly population of Henan by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,and finally draws conclusions and proposes policy Suggestions.First of all,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the health status of the middle-aged and elderly population in Henan to comprehensively understand the basic health status of the middle-aged and elderly population in Henan from the perspectives of the population,physical health,mental health and social adaptability.Empirical analysis mainly includes two contents: one is the Henan elderly population health measure,life expectancy and health expectancy is one of the common macro health evaluation index,which reflected the crowd residual life,healthy life length,but also can reflect the local economy,medical and other development degree,can be simple and accurate detection of population health.Second,the influence factors of Henan elderly population health,according to the world health organization has four factors affecting personal health and longevity: biological basis,environmental factors,health care facilities,way of life,this study under the condition of Henan actual healthy elderly population will demographic characteristics,life health behavior,mental health status and health service four aspects as the influence factors of health.Through empirical analysis,draw the following conclusions:1.It was found that the life expectancy calculated by the life table method was slightly larger than that calculated by the Sullivan method and the life expectancy of the 45 age group was 36.28 years,32.16 years and 31.2 years,respectively.The self-rated health life expectancy calculated by The Sullivan method and the multi-state life table method was not significantly different.The self-rated health life expectancy of residents in the age group of 45 was 25.07 years and 24.25 years,accounting for 77.97% and 77.71% of the life expectancy,respectively.The self-rated healthy life expectancy of residents in the 60 age group was 13.68 years and 14 years,accounting for 73.70% and 73.34% of life expectancy,respectively.The self-rated health life expectancy calculated by Sullivan method > self-rated health life expectancy > chronic disease-free Life Expectancy,indicating that self-rated health is good,self-rated health is second,and self-rated health is the most troubled by chronic disease.2.The self-rated health life expectancy calculated by Sullivan method > self-rated health life expectancy > without chronic disease health life expectancy indicates that self-rated health is good,self-rated health is second,and self-rated health suffers the most from chronic disease.The results are close to each other and have certain reliability.3.The analysis of the affecting factors of Henan elderly population health,through the regression results of multivariate Logistic model of gender,marital status,place of residence type,drink,sleep time,satisfaction degree of loneliness,health,life satisfaction,whether in the past year in hospital and medical service satisfaction of henan elderly population health significantly affected to different extent.Henan province,known as "the hinterland of Jiuzhou and the thoroughfare of ten provinces",has always been the most populous province in China.With the increasingly serious aging of the population today,there is still a long way to go to improve the living and health level of the middle-aged and elderly population.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward a series of Suggestions.To improve the health level of middle-aged and elderly population,residents should be encouraged to have a healthy lifestyle,improve the medical and health security system,and advocate mental health services,so as to form a fair and healthy medical prevention mechanism for the whole society.
