In today’s society,people are paying more and more attention to their quality of life after they have solved the problems of food,clothing and warmth,is to address the urgent needs of people for life and health,life safety,when ordinary people have mastered emergency rescue skills,enhance the confidence of timely action at a critical moment,can play its due role in the moment of need.In recent years,although Zhuanghe has made great progress in the management of emergency ambulance training,there are still many problems and deficiencies.This paper summarizes the current situation of emergency ambulance training and management in Zhuanghe,at the same time,through investigation,systematic analysis and other methods,finds out the related problems of emergency ambulance training and management in Zhuanghe,in view of these problems found the reasons for the problems,and finally summed up the Zhuanghe Emergency Ambulance Training and management of the general work of the relevant countermeasures.This paper expounds the current situation of the popularization and management of emergency ambulance training in Zhuanghe,including the problems existing in the management,the causes of the problems and the corresponding countermeasures.There are some problems in the popularization and management of emergency ambulance training in Zhuanghe,such as low awareness,low attention,low public participation,insufficient teachers,single form,and lack of base construction.The causes of these problems are: insufficient publicity,lack of awareness,not extensive participation,lack of professional teachers,management system has not yet been established and complete lack of funds.The countermeasures to solve these problems are: Sound System,the government departments to develop legal norms,the Red Cross to develop management system.Improve the management structure,led by the Red Cross,government support,with other departments.To strengthen management and operation,we should intensify publicity,carry out diversified activities,make use of the internet + model,build a contingent of high-quality teachers,establish a standardized and standardized curriculum system,increase investment,do a good job in base construction and improve the quality of training.
