Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Sticking Therapy Combined With Jingxuan Granule Prescription In The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:to observe the clinical effect of Xueweitiefu combined with Jingxuankeli on Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:60 patients were collected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Treatment lasts for 4 weeks.In the process of the experiment,2 patients(1 in the treatment group and 1 in the control group)fell off the experiment.There were 29 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.A total of 58 patients were included in the final statistics.Statistical data were collected and compared according to the comparison results of gender,age and disease course between the two groups before the experiment,with no statistical significance(P>0.05)and comparability.The treatment group was treated with Xueweitiefu combined with Jingxuankeli,while the control group was treated with pure oral Jingxuankeli.(specific as follows:the formulas of Jingxuankeli medicine:30g kudzuvine root,rhizoma ligustici wallichii 9 g,12 g angelica,cassia twig 9 g,red paeony root,10g,15g,root of herbaceous peony licorice root 6 g,angelica dahurica,10 g,windproof 10g,12g,salvia miltiorrhiza,15g suberect spatholobus stem,hovenia dulcis 6 g,5 g scorpion,dilong 9g,poria cocos,15g dried tangerine or orange peel,9 g,6 g amomum villosum(after),common clubmoss herb 15g,6g,alisma loofah 10 g,cortex phellodendri 6 g,rhizoma atractylodis,10 g～10 g;All patients were required to take it in warm water for half an hour after meals 3 times a day in the morning,afternoon and evening.Ingredients of Xueweitiefu:red peony 10g,angelica 15g,radix corydalis 15g,radix corydalis 15g,dried blood 6g,frankincense 10g,myrrh 10g,.safflower 10g,rhubarb 10g,turmeric 10g,turtle shell 10g,radix pueraria 10g,red bean 15g,red glaze 10g;All patients were required to apply it on the posterior midline and the dazhui point of the 7th cervical spine,and apply it 6 hours before going to bed every day,and remove it before going to bed.The total score changes of JOA score,VAS score and TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment were summarized and compared,as well as the total effective rate based on JOA score and TCM syndrome score.Using SPSS22.0 statistical data results,draw a conclusion.Results:Compared with JOA scores of the two groups,the scores of the patients in the two groups after the experiment were higher than those before the experiment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After the experiment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.VAS pain scores of the two groups were compared,and the scores of the patients in the two groups after the experiment were lower than those before the experiment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After the experiment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.In terms of TCM syndrome score,the post-experiment score of patients in the two groups was lower than that before the experiment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After the experiment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.In terms of total effective rate,according to the efficacy evaluation based on JOA score,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21%,and that of the control group was 68.97%.The difference of effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficacy evaluation based on TCM syndrome score showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%,and that of the control group was 75.86%.The difference of effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the combination of Xueweitiefu and Jingxuankeli has a better performance in improving the symptoms,pain management and related manifestations of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,compared with the single use of Jingxuankeli,and the combined use of the two drugs has a better therapeutic effect for Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis.
