Objective: By observing the changes of related indexes of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(CSR),the clinical curative effect of scraping combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping on CSR was studied. Methods: In this trial, based on the principle of random control, the random number table method was used in accordance with the order of visits.76 patients(A total of 80 cases were collected and 4 cases were lost)were randomly divided into treatment group(38 cases)and Control Group(38cases).The treatment group was treated by scraping together with blood-letting puncture and cupping, and the control group was treated with Diclofanac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets and Mecobalamin Tablets.The20-point of the cervical spondylosis scale score and VAS score for two groups of patients were recorded at each time period(follow-up before treatment,1week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment, and 3 months after treatment end),and the changes of various indicators were compared.Results:1.There were no significant differences in sex,age and course of disease between treatment group and control group(P>0.05);Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of 20-point of the cervical spondylosis scale and VAS(P>0.05).Therefore,the two sets of data are comparable.2.After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group were compared with those before treatment(group comparison). There were both an increase in score of 20-point of the cervical spondylosis scale(the higher the score, the lighter the symptoms)and a decrease in VAS score(the lower the score, the lighter the symptoms),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The treatment group and the control group were compared after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment, all the patients in the treatment group had higher score of 20-point of the cervical spondylosis scale than the control group, and the VAS score was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),so the treatment group was better than the control group.4.After the treatment, the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The average rank of the treatment group was 32.630 and the average rank of the control group was 44.370.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the treatment group was better than the control group. Therefore, the treatment group is better than the control group(the smaller the average rank, the better the efficacy).5.Follow-up was performed 3 months after the end of treatment.Compared with the end of treatment, the treatment group 20-point of the cervical spondylosis scale score decreased and the VAS score increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the control group20-point of the cervical spondylosis scale score and VAS score were not significantly different from those the end of treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in the score of20-point of the cervical spondylosis scale and the score of VAS(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Scrapping combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping and oral Shujin Tongluo granule have the effect of promoting Qi and promoting blood circulation, which can improve the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.2.Although the long-term effect of Scrapping combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping is similar to that of oral Diclofanac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets and Mecobalamin Tablets,Scrapping combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping is more effective in relieving the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,in the early stage of the disease, there is a unique advantage in relieving symptoms.3.Scrapping combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping is a safe and side effect-free therapy. It is easy to operate,is not easily restricted by time and place, and is easily accepted by people. It is worthy of clinical use.
