| ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of zhao’s lei fire moxibustion for huoxue huayu and zhao’ s lei fire moxibustion for treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(qi stagnation and blood stasis),the clinical symptoms and analgesic effects of thunder fire moxibustion in improving cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(qi stagnation and blood stasis)were discussed.To explore the thunder fire jiu jiu shi gimmick change on the similarities and differences in the effect of treatment.For the study of thunder fire moxibustion treatment of qi and blood stasis type of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type priority scheme provides the basisMethodsThis study adopted randomized controlled trials,we choose will recruit meets(qi and blood stasis type)on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type diagnostic criteria of subjects who from guangdong hospital of cervical spondylosis and traditional therapy ersha island according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly assigned to the thunder fire moxibustion as conventional acupuncture manipulation group(control group)and thunder fire moxibustion huoxue huayu type manipulation group(treatment group),30 cases in each group,a total of 60 cases.Patients in both groups received 10 times of moxibustion,and 10 times of moxibustion was one course of treatment,among which the first 3 times were continuous moxibustion treatment,and the last 7 times were divided into 1 treatment everyday,observing two groups of patients before treatment,for three consecutive days after treatment,and The whole course of treatment of pain after Scale VAS(Visual Analogue Scale)score,cervical dysfunction Index Scale NDI(The Neck Disability Index)values,and Tian Zhongjing long cervical spondylosis symptom score 20 points in The case of a change method of grading.After the treatment,the collected data were entered into SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis to compare the differences.Results1.The VAS score and NDI score of the two groups decreased after continuous 3 days of treatment with lightning fire moxibustion and continuous 1 course of treatment with lightning fire moxibustion before treatment,and the VAS score and NDI score of the two groups decreased after 3 days of continuous treatment or after 1 course of treatment(P<0.05);both groups of continuous shi moxibustion therapy after 3 days and receive a course after the acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis Tian Zhongjing long 20 points method of rating scale score was increased,this indicates that both of the two moxibustion techniques can relieve pain and improve the quality of life(P<0.05).2.After 3 days of continuous treatment with lightning fire moxibustion,VAS score,NDI score and 20 component scale of jingjiu tanaka cervical vertebra were better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After 1 course of treatment with lightning fire moxibustion,there was no statistical significance in comparison of VAS scores between the two groups,indicating that both moxibustion techniques can play a good analgesic effect.There was no significant difference in analgesic effect between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of NDI and cervical Tian Zhongjing long 20 subscales,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.On treatment outcomes,the treatment group treated recovered in 1 case(3.3%),15 cases were markedly improved(50%),14 cases were effective(46.7%),overall total effective rate was 100%,the control group treatment of recovered 0 cases(0%),7 cases(23.3%)were markedly improved,20 cases were effective(66.7%),invalid in 3 patients(10%),overall the total effective rate was 90%,it is concluded that two kinds of clinical curative effect of moxibustion method differences statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,the effect of activating blood and removing stasis moxibustion is better than that of conventional moxibustion after 1 course of treatment.Conclusion1.The two moxibustion methods of lightning fire moxibustion are both effective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic spondylopathy(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Regardless of the evaluation of continuous treatment for 3 days or 10 days,the huoxue huayu group was superior to the conventional group.2.Thunder fire of the two methods of shi jiu treatment of qi and blood stasis type of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,have different clinical effects.According to the principle of evidence-based medicine and use of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis shi jiu method is better than conventional moxibustion methods. |
