Clinical Study Of Jiawei Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Post-circulatory Ischemic Vertigo (medium Obstruction Of Phlegm Turbidity)

Objective:This topic is about using Jiawei Wendantang to treating vertigo of type of stagnation of phlegm caused by posterior circulatory ischemia.That can provide a useful reference for the treatment of vertigo caused by PCI with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Methods:Sixty selected patients were divided into two groups by random number table.The two groups were the control group and the treatment group.The number of people in each group is 30.The treatment of the control group is intravenous drip infusion of 20 ml of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection mixed 250 ml saline.The treatment of the treatment group is taking Jiawei Wendantang,two times a day,200 ml each time on the basis of the control group.The treatments lasted 14 days.Before and after treatment,observe the patients on blood flow and pulse index of vertebral and basilar arteries under TCD.And also observe them on related biochemical indexes include TG,TC and hs-CRP.Evaluate the efficacy by using TCM symptom therapeutic evaluation table,DHI-s and DARS.Statistical analysis data of relevant software is used to evaluate the advantages of Jiawei Wendantang in the treatment of this disease.The statistical methods used are t test and chi square test.Results:14 days later,we compared before and after treatment in each group.The scores of TCM symptom therapeutic evaluation table,DHI-s and DARS were decreased.And statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in arterial pulsation index(PI)and vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity under TCD,levels of TG,TC and hscrp in each group.We compared between two groups after treatment.The scores of TCM symptom therapeutic evaluation table,DHI-s and DARS were decreased.Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in arterial pulsation index(PI)and vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity under TCD,levels of TG,TC and hscrp.Conclusion:Jiawei Wendantang can effectively release the symptoms of vertigo of type of stagnation of phlegm caused by posterior circulation ischemia.The curative effect is better than using ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection alone.
