| Rural left-behind children refers to those children whose parents work in cities one or both,and their children stay in rural life.As more and more rural labor migration to cities,this huge group,rural left-behind children,has gradually become the focus of modern psychology,pedagogy,sociology and other disciplines.Since the rural left-behind children are separated from their parents constantly,so children’s peer relations plays an important value to them,which has an significant impact on children’s self-concept and mental health or other behavior problems.To understand the characteristics of the rural left-behind children peer relationship,and to find the group guidance to improve the effectiveness of rural left-behind children peer relationship,this paper mainly takes "the companion relationship questionnaire" to investigate about 200 pupils.20 pupils are selected to have intervention study from the investigation of rural left-behind children,10 of the experimental group are taken group guidance,and no intervention for the rest.Through the comprehensive investigation and data analysis,this paper obtained the following results:1.There is no significant difference among rural left-behind children’s peer relations in gender,the number brothers and sisters.On the grade variables,four grade left-behind children’s peer acceptance level was significantly higher than that of grade five.Parents are migrant workers in rural left-behind children feel less peer acceptance than the children of migrant father only,yet fellow fear inferiority feeling is more intense.2.On the dimension of companion acceptance,there is no significant difference between those two periods like children aged below one year old.However,the children aged 0-0.5 whose parents are migrant workers has a stronger inferiority in companion fear.And for the children who are separated from their parents when they are less than 5years old,they show a poor companion acceptance.3.On the dimension of companion acceptance,children who can be together with parents within a month experience more acceptances by peers and less fear of inferiority than children who have on chance to reunite with their parents.Mothers’ care and love have a positive affection on their children’s companionship.4.Rural left-behind children’s companion acceptance is far from general non left-behind children,and the fear of inferiority is higher than the latter.The sources of social support are the differences in terms of their parents,and the latter get more support from parents.Rural left-behind children’s social exploitation degree is inferior to the left-behind children.5.The companion acceptance score of children who participate in group guidance is significantly higher than control group,and fellow fear inferiority was significantly lower than control group of children.The results show that,there are differences for rural left-behind children’s peer relations in demographic variables,frequency and length of migrant workers,together with their parents and so on.In addition,the raising of mother and care for rural leftbehind children plays an important role in promoting peer relationship.Compared with general rural left-behind children,left-behind children have a poor peer relations,and the use of social support degree is lower than rural left-behind children.Group counseling can effectively improve the rural left-behind children’s peer relations;reducing the fear and inferiority mentality in the relationship. |
