Teaching mode is a form of organic combination of various elements in teaching.If we want to improve our teaching quality and teaching achievements in teaching,then the teaching mode must be constantly reformed and innovated.The "anchor" in the anchored teaching mode is an important link in the teaching process.It must be realized by the teacher in the teaching process.The choice of teaching content is of course important.The learning content of the teacher’s choice is consistent with the current learning problem.These issues can promote the ability of teachers and students to explore in the teaching and learning process.Under the influence of the anchored teaching mode,Students’ learning ability is well trained.and the students’ enthusiasm for learning will be improved.Students will fully develop their self-ability in learning and improve their ability to solve problems.When you have a difficult problem,you can’t take it easy.The teaching-receiving mode is mainly for teachers to transfer knowledge directly to students in the teaching process.Students become passive in learning and lack students’ opinions and reflections on problems.At this stage,there are widespread problems in the teaching of juvenile sports dance in China,which is mainly reflected in the single teaching method and the use of imitation teaching.In teaching,teachers should also reasonably use appropriate methods to teach children simple theoretical knowledge beyond exercise exercises,which can ensure that children can learn motor skills and realize knowledge and understanding of relevant sports dance theory knowledge.Enhance sports dance techniques,learn basic theories more firmly,and broaden your horizons.Children’s innocence and liveliness,interest and attention are easy to shift.The single teaching style and method in teaching will make children’s interest in learning decline and the quality of teaching will not be improved.According to the characteristics of children,teachers should adopt various forms of teaching methods according to the characteristics of students.The main research methods used in this paper are literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.The anchored teaching mode is taken as the research object.There are 60 students in the dance rhyme international sports dance school in Heze City.Thirty people were experimental subjects,and the test data yielded the following results.(1)Comparing the anchored teaching mode with the traditional teaching mode,the experimental group and the control group improved in physical fitness,but the experimental group was superior to the control group.(2)After the experiment,the experimental group was higher than the control group in terms of learning attitude,cooperation ability and independent learning.(3)The mastery of the primary routine combination between the experimental group and the control group did not differ much by experimental data analysis.
