Research On Improving The Professional Service Quality Of Social Work In Elderly Care Institutions

Entering the 21st century,China has already entered the aging society.Relevant data show that the absolute number of China's aging population is large,and the growth rate is relatively fast.At the same time,more and more old-age care institutions are introducing social workers to improve their service quality.However,the service quality of social workers in pension service institutions is still not high,and there are still some problems.This paper mainly understands the problems existing in social work services of X institution through practical investigation,analyzes the causes of these problems,and tries to find solutions to these problems.This paper mainly adopts two research methods.The first is the interview method,which is mainly used to understand the cognition of relevant personnel in the institution and their thoughts on the existing problems and subsequent development of the institution.The second method is questionnaire survey,which is to conduct a practical questionnaire survey on relevant personnel in pension service institutions to understand the operation status of institutions,the actual living conditions of the elderly,the practical thinking of managers,etc.,and at the same time to obtain some specific data and analysis data.At present,studies have found that the social work value in pension service institutions has not been fully played,and there are still problems such as few times and types of social workers' professional services,deviation in the role positioning of social workers and incomplete social workers' services when social workers are involved in pension service institutions.The reasons are mainly due to the low discourse power of social workers,the emphasis on the business income of social workers in the assessment of institutions,the need to improve the practical ability of social workers and the failure to meet the personalized needs of the elderly.Therefore,in practice,a social worker can improve recognition of practice ability and the institutions to improve the professional services of the type and number,by reducing the proportion of revenue in assessment,and according to the old man's need to clarify the role of social workers to science and the role of social workers,and institutions should also be in the build equality communication channels as to understand the old man needs,on the basis of further perfect service system,truly meet the needs of the elderly.
