Research On The Educational Reform Activities Of Jiangsu Education Association In The Early Period Of The Republic Of China (1912-1972)

The Educational Association was an education group which rose in the late Qing Dynasty.With the development of new education,the Educational Association has gradually come to the fore,exerting its own role,promoting the new education and promoting the reform of local education.Among them,the Jiangsu Provincial Educational Association is one of the main representatives of the local education in this period,and its establishment at that time has had a certain impact on education in Jiangsu and even in the whole country.Especially during the 1912-1927 years,the Education Association of Jiangsu province developed most rapidly,and the educational activities were more concentrated.Jiangsu Province Educational Association played a leading role in the process of primary and secondary education reform in Jiangsu Province.The activities mainly included educational research activities,promotional activities and investigation activities.This paper takes the guidance activities of Jiangsu Provincial Educational Association in the early period of the Republic of China as the object of study,using the methods such as document analysis and historical analysis to integrate and analyze the historical evolution of Jiangsu Provincial Educational Association and the educational reform activities of Jiangsu Provincial Educational Association.Summarize and analyze its historical experience and value.The whole paper is divided into four parts:The introduction mainly introduces the reasons and significance of the topic,the current research situation in China,the definition of the important concepts,and the methods adopted in the thesis.The first chapter introduces the history of Jiangsu Provincial Educational Association,including the foundation background,development process and the recession of the impact in the end.The second chapter,from the aspect of education research,explores the educational reform activities of Jiangsu Provincial Educational Association.It mainly includes researches in primary school education,Science education and Mandarin Education.The third chapter,from the aspect of education promotion,makes an in-depth analysis of the efforts made by Jiangsu Provincial Education Association in promoting the development of education in Jiangsu Province.It involves setting up an exercise center to promoting the teaching style of single-stage professor,setting up a practice office to promoting sports education,and launching educational speeches to promoting education theories.The fourth chapter,from the aspect of education investigation,studies the investigation activities of Jiangsu Provincial Education Association,it mainly includes local education surveys,graduate surveys and other investigations.On the basis of the investigation,the Jiangsu Provincial Education Association has given corresponding guidance measures.In the conclusion part,the paper makes a further study of the guidance activities of Jiangsu Provincial Educational Association to the educational reform of primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu Province,and analyzes its contribution to the reform and development of primary and secondary education in Jiangsu Province at that time,and explores its inspiration to today's educational reform and development.
