Research On The Influence Of Volleyball Team Emotional Intelligence On Team Effectiveness

Team Emotional Intelligence is a team's ability to focus on the identification and management of emotional information in team interaction.It is the result of the ultimate integration of individual emotional intelligence within the team.It is a kind of perception,evaluation,management and expression.The comprehensive ability of active team emotional norms.This ability can effectively improve the harmony of team members' internal relationships and play a positive role in the realization of team effectiveness.At present,team emotional intelligence and its impact on team effectiveness have become the focus of many researchers.This study aims to explore the impact of team emotional intelligence on team effectiveness in volleyball programs.After reviewing the relevant literature,this paper has done the following two aspects: On the one hand,the team's emotional intelligence questionnaire was compiled,and after the reliability,validity and exploratory analysis,descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore.The relationship between coaches,team leaders,team members and team emotional intelligence,and the use of multivariate analysis of variance to explore the impact of gender and sports level on team emotional intelligence;on the other hand,the team effectiveness questionnaire was compiled and hypotheses were put forward,and team emotions were found through verification.The correlation between intelligence and team effectiveness dimensions,followed by the establishment of multiple regression equations between team effectiveness and team emotion intelligence analyzes the impact of team emotion intelligence dimensions on team effectiveness.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In the volleyball team,the emotional intelligence of the team members,the emotional intelligence of the captain,and the emotional intelligence of the coaches have a high predictive ability for the team's emotional intelligence.Among them,the emotional intelligence of the coach has the greatest influence on the team's emotional intelligence.2.Players of different genders do not have a significant influence on the team's emotional power of the overall team.This shows that in the volleyball team,gender does not become an influential factor in the volleyball team's emotional intelligence.3.Different proportions of athletes of different grades in the team have a significant impact on team emotional intelligence.And from the average point of view,the higher the proportion of team sports,the better the team's emotional intelligence.4.According to the analysis of the correlation between team emotional intelligence and team effectiveness,we conclude that there are significant correlations between coaches' emotional intelligence and team effectiveness.Captain's emotional intelligence is only related to team effectiveness goal completion dimension and member satisfaction dimension.There is a significant correlation;the emotional intelligence of the players is only significantly related to the goal completion dimension of team effectiveness.
