With the development of winter sports and the success of the winter sports games,the ice and snow sports have been greatly developed in China in recent years.The athletes of our country have come to the fore in the Winter Olympic Games,and have gained more and more attention from the world.At the same time,with the strong support of the state,countless people have made numerous achievements.With the continuous efforts of the "ice and snow people",a large number of excellent athletes have been trained for the glory of the country.As China successfully bid for the Winter Olympic Games in 2022,the winter project has entered a spring on the basis of the original high-speed development,and the whole country has started the upsurge of ice and snow movement,such as the ice and snow activities and the country of millions of people in Harbin.The three hundred million ice and snow targets put forward by our family have revealed the good momentum of the development of China's ice and snow sports.Ice and snow sports are divided into two main directions:ice projects and snow projects.Although China's ice projects are stronger than snow projects,there are still some gaps between the winter sports development of our country and some ice and snow in the country,such as the coverage of the project,the level of competition,the training methods and so on.Ice hockey,as an important part of the winter project,has developed rapidly in the opportunity of developing ice and snow movement in the country.In order to make better ice and snow movement,the ice hockey sport has been developed more and more in China,especially speed skating and ice hockey movement,and ice hockey heat is set off.In the case of ice hockey,most of China begins.The formation of ice hockey club,especially in the northern region,to young children,to adult teams.It can be seen that ice hockey develops well in China.However,as the development of ice hockey movement in China is far later than abroad,it is affected by many factors,and the training methods need to be improved.As a competitive sport,good physical ability is an important factor for athletes to achieve excellent results.The core strength is an important part of physical energy and the competition for athletes.The skill level plays an irreplaceable role.Some scholars believe that the core strength is embodied in three aspects: strength,power and control,namely core stability.Core strength training can not only improve the core stability of the athletes,improve the athletes to control the body,stabilize the center of gravity and power transmission,but also increase the power of the ice hockey players in the course of the game,which is self-evident.Core area refers specifically to the area below the shoulder joint and above the hip joint(including hip joint).Especially the hip joint and the waist are the central area of human motion.Many movements need to be achieved through the cooperation of the waist and the hip joint.Moreover,ice hockey is one of the most fierce competitions between groups in the world.Good core strength is the most important thing to keep the competitive level stable,and it is more important to have strong driving and controlling ability.It effectively avoids the damage to the body caused by the lack of stability.Therefore,the special core strength training for ice hockey players in the physical training of ice hockey is: Necessary.In this paper,the core strength training methods of ice hockey are studied.Taking Harbin women's ice hockey pairs as experimental objects,the methods of documentation,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to study.By changing the static training methods in traditional core training,modern training methods and equipment are applied to athletes' special core strength training.Among them,break the previous training methods of athletes,change the objective conditions to break the stable state in the process of core strength training,let athletes carry out core strength training under the unstable state.Through the research,it is found that:using modern training means and equipment,change the external objective conditions of athletes,think that creating unstable environment forces athletes to be unstable.Under this condition,through the balance of core stability and strength training,the training effect is obviously better than the traditional sense of training,and the core strength and core stability of athletes have been significantly improved.
