The cultivation of child's self-control ability is of great value to the later development of individuals,and the children with better self-control can adapt to social life as soon as possible,can actively deal with the common setbacks in life,effectively establish social interpersonal relations,and are also excellent in academic performance.A large number of studies at home and abroad have proved that the lack of behavioral self-control ability is an important cause of many children's problems.This is yet another illustration of the importance of self-control throughout the physical and mental development of children.It is a problem that How to improve individual self-control,the top priority of our research is "key node".it is the golden period of Early childhood individual growth and development,a large number of literature studies show that the key period of individual self-control development is in early childhood.The research of this paper is to be applied to the practical teaching life of young children.To promote the development of children's self-control ability,so in the classification of research objects to the grade as the criteria,so that the results can better adapt to the needs of early childhood teaching.Based on the development level of the young child,this paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method,uses Yang Lizhu and others to classify the dimension of self-control(perseverance,self-consciousness,self-control,self-delay meet four aspects)and carry out experimental intervention on the young children.The use of Tian Miao miao "small class child self-control ability activity program",Jiang Jingya "sports prescription game"(has been experimentally verified to improve the ability of children's self-control)and through the observation and supplement of daily teaching activities of young children to train children's self-control.Select the middle class and the top clas child in a kindergarten,each class have the control group 20 people,the experimental group 20 people(male and female ratio1:1)A total of 80 people intervened,and the intervention period was 12 weeks(male and female ratio1:1),5 times a week,Each game is implemented in 5 rounds.Comparing the difference between the experiment group and the control group about the improvement of the self-control ability of the Small class children and the large class children in the experimental group,taking the "Child SelfControl Teacher Assessment Questionnaire" as the measuring tool,testing the effect of the game experiment,studying the self-control ability in which stage is the greatest impact,so as to determine the individual self-control development of the "key node" seize the opportunity,implement reasonable physical activity,accurately and efficiently improve the self-control ability of children.Through the analysis of the data,the following conclusions are drawn in this study:(1)Sports games can promote the development of children's self-control in the middle and large classes.The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in all dimensions of self-control,and the control group was also significantly different from the experimental group in the overall dimension of selfcontrol.(2)After the experiment,the improvement of children's self-control in the middle class is greater than that in the large class.In the pre-test and post test of the experiment,the development level of self-control of the middle class children in the experimental group is also gradually closer to that of the big class children.(3)There were differences in the development of self-control between boys and girls after experimental intervention.The improvement of self-control of girls in the middle class was greater than that of boys in the middle class,but the opposite was true in the large class.(4)The sports game plan adapted in this paper can be used in practical teaching activities to improve children's self-control.Through experimental intervention,children's interest in sports games is relatively high,and they can actively participate in them.The practicality of the game is strong,and most of the field equipment needed for the game are also supporting facilities for the kindergarten.
