As an important source of power for the economic development of various countries,the shortage of energy resources,the continuous destruction of ecological environment,the sharp decline of biological species,the low level of energy utilization and energy security in China's provinces in recent years have restricted the development of China and the global economy.Improving energy efficiency in various regions is one of the important ways to solve many problems,this paper introduces spatial factors into the model,and provides a theoretical basis for solving the imbalance between energy efficiency regions.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant literatures of energy efficiency space research,clarifies the calculation method of energy efficiency,and constructs the spatial spillover effect model of energy efficiency.Then it analyzes the present situation of energy distribution,the present situation of supply and demand and the challenges faced in the development of China.Secondly,based on the super efficiency SBM model and considering the non-expected output,the energy efficiency of 30 provinces in C hina(except Tibet,Hong Kong,Taiwan and Macao)was measured in2005-2017,and the difference degree and trend of energy efficiency between regions were analyzed.Then the spatial self-correlation and spatial agglomeration effect of energy efficiency are analyzed by Global Moran index and local LISA correlation graph.Finally,the spatial effect is introduced into the analysis of the influencing factors of energy efficiency,and the spatial spillover effect of the influence factors of energy efficiency in C hina's province is studied by using the space Durbin model.The results show that there is a downward trend in C hina's energy efficiency as a whole,especially in the provinces in 2015,the energy efficiency reached a minimum state,the average energy efficiency gap between the seven regions of C hina is large,the energy efficiency is higher in East and South Asia,and the energy efficiency in the Southwest region has been lagging behind;by the global Moran ' s I index and local LISA agglomeration map show that,with the exception of 2015 years,there is obvious spatial autocorrelation and agglomeration effect in the energy efficiency of China province,and energy price(EP)and technological Progress(TG)have positive effects on the total effect,direct effect and indirect effect of energy efficiency.The results show that EP and TG play a positive role in promoting energy efficiency in the region and surrounding areas,and the direct effect of urbanization level(UL)is positive and significant,which indicates that UL can effectively improve local energy efficiency but has little effect on energy efficiency in surrounding areas,and the coefficients of industrial structure(IS)are negative,Indicates that is has a negative impact on energy efficiency improvement in both the local and surrounding areas;The positive effect of the energy structure(ES)on the surrounding area is less than the significant negative effect on local energy efficiency,and the final ES has a negative impact on energy efficiency as a whole;The positive effect of government intervention(GL)and level of economic development(EL)on local energy efficiency is less than the negative effect on energy efficiency in surrounding areas,so the total effect is negative.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward reasonable polic y suggestions for improving the efficiency of energy region,and uses the spatial spillover effect caused by the influence factors of energy efficiency to improve the energy efficiency as a whole.
