Since the reform and opening up of Chinese,especially along with "bringing in and going out" strategy was made by china,it is a good opportunity for some Chinese large enterprises with the ability to contract the overseas projects to go abroad and open overseas market,but because the overseas project has its special characteristics with many uncertainties,which brings a lot of uncontrollable risks to those Chinese enterprises.However,on the other hand,most companies in china are not good at risk management,poor risk awareness,lack of experience and management is not in place etc,so it is necessary to strengthen the risk management to reduce the loss of countries and companies.The research method of this article adopts documentary research,in-depth interview and descriptive study method,and the main content of this article are as bellowing:(1)The theory summary of project risk management.In order to study the risk management of overseas project,this article study the project management and project risk management respectively,and summarize the basic elements of project management and main content of project risk management.(2)Risk identification method of CS Company India SISL350 M 3 blast furnace revamping project.This article tries the best to identify all the risk factors of project through in-depth interview for the relevant persons of project and relevant experts in this field.(3)AHP method for evaluate and analyse the risk factors.This article adopts AHP method to analyse the external and internal risk factors,finally work out total sequencing of external and internal risk factors to the aim of the project.(4)The made of risk countermeasures and monitoring progress.According to the result of risk evaluation and analysis,we make the risk countermeasures to avoid risk,shift risk,mitigate risk and accept risk on the basic of risk countermeasures formulate principles.Besides,risk monitoring and control should be done for the whole process of risk management.This article gives the risk characteristics and main risk factor of Indian project,and our company could make the manual of risk registration on the basis of that information.On the basic of the CS company India SISL350M3 blast furnace revamping project,the risk measures after evaluating and analyzing the risk has a certain significance for Chinese enterprise to contract and carry out the overseas project,but the specific project has specific risk characteristics,we should conduct scientific analysis according to the specific project and develop the targeted risk measures and monitoring scheme.
