As global energy strains,demand for coal continues to grow,This makes the mining machineries play an increasingly important role in the coal industry,tunnel-boring machines is the most widely used.However,the cutting efficiency of the excavator is relatively low,It’s not only affected by the coal,but also The cutting efficiency of the excavator is influenced by the design parameters of tunnel-boring machines,according to current technical level and actual production experience.According to actual working experience,the cutting pick is a huge loss in the work of the machine.For the above questions,cutting head is studied,difference algorithm principle of dynamics are applied to dynamics analysis.By using genetic optimization algorithm,the fatigue damage theory is used to analyze the pick life.This study provides theoretical basis and technical guarantee for the optimization design of cutting head of cutting head,and reasonable using application of pick.Based on the research of tunnel-boring machines working mechanism,established the mathematical model of the cantilever mechanism,through the simulation of the cantilever mechanism,under different conditions the feeding force of cutting head can provide,and got the relationship between cantilever of the institutions and horizontal pendulum Angle and the vertical Angle.Based on the cutting head under load is complex,and unpredictable,this paper through the analysis of the cutting head cutting mechanism and the study of the structure of the cutting head,cutting head finite element model is established,by difference algorithm,analyzed the load characteristic of the cutting head under the three kinds,got cutting head under the different cutting angles.the mechanical,and concluded that the cutting head acceleration change trend,at the same time got under the cutting head load change rule under the effect of different coal and rock parameters.According to the influence of cutting head by the parameters of the cutting head,the optimal genetic algorithm is adopted to optimize the distance between the picks.Get the optimized cutting line spacing between the cutting picks,and using difference algorithm is adopted to stimulate the cutting process before and after the pick to justify the optimized result,the results show that the optimized parameters is verified,the results prove to optimize effective.In view of the machine is easy to fatigue damage of the problem,using linear fatigue damage theory,combined with the display difference algorithm,through the statics finite element theory,the fatigue analysis was carried out on the picks.The analyzing pointed out the characteristics of pick under load,and illuminated the pick predicted life.Analyzed the characteristic of fatigue of cutting pick,this provides a theoretical basis for later using of pick.The paper including the above aspects,analyzed the load characteristics of heading machine cutting head,the optimization design of the cutting head,the life of the picks,the theoretical analysis of the cutting head for the future research work can provide a certain technical guidance,has a certain reference value.
