Research On The Construction Project Schedule And Control About Sintering Flue Gas Desulfurization Of Shouqin Company

During the 13th Five-Year Plan,The state has stepped up pollution cuts.In the process of production,metallurgical enterprises must realize the sulfur dioxide and dust emission of sintered flue gas to meet the relevant national flue gas standards.It is the the most basic conditions for metallurgical enterprises.Sintering flue gas desulfurization project of Shouqin company is imperative.Facing the severe situation of the steel market,it was planned to adopted Shougang power plant NID flue gas desulfurization facilities as sinter flue gas desulfurization facilities of Shouqin company based on consideration of the saving investment.It is difficult to adapt the flue gas desulfurization technology from the power plant to sintering process.There are 2-3 similar technologies trial run with unsatisfactory effect in domestic.The paper made sintering flue gas desulfurization project of Shouqin company as the research object,the progress plan and control of sintering flue gas desulfurization construction project of Shouqin company are discussed.Based on the theory of project management and project progress plan and control theory,the theory of combining systematic and heavy-point、theoretical research is combined with empirical analysis、the literature method and so on,to make a reaserch of sintering flue gas desulfurization project of Shouqin company.The main research contents include the following three aspects:(1)Analyze the situation and problems of sintering flue gas desulfuization project construction of Shouqin company.This part will identify the main problem of sintering flue gas desulfurization project of Shouqin company and the flue gas desulfurization technology transfer from the power plant to sintering process.And put forward suggestions for improvement,so as to clarify the direction of the next step of improvement.(2)The knowledge and methods of project management are applied to the project of sintering flue gas desulfurization of Shouqin company.This part in the project background,characteristics,on the basis of a brief analysis,using the work breakdown structure(WBS),organization structure,responsibility allocation matrix of project management methods,to manage and implement sintering flue gas desulfurization construction project of Shouqin company,and worked out for sintering flue gas desulfurization project of Shouqin company construction scheme.(3)Construction of sintering flue gas desulfurization project schedule planning of Shouqin company,implementation and control the project schedule is analyzed.This paper focuses on the progress management of the construction project of sintering flue gas desulfurization of Shouqin company.This part will use the project management tools such as gantt chart,network diagram,key line method and plan review technology to manage the implementation and progress control of the project.Through the study of the construction project of sintering flue gas desulfurization of Shouqin company,the conclusions are given with some pertinence and guiding significance.It is hoped that the research of this paper can be helpful for the construction of flue gas desulfurization of Shouqin company and other steel enterprises.
