At present,the related courses of multi axis machining programming and operation in the direction of multi axis machining of numerical control specialty are newly constructed courses in secondary vocational schools in China.The positioning of curriculum objectives,the selection of curriculum contents and the use of teaching methods have not yet determined a unified standard.Many schools are still in the exploratory stage of the orientation and training mode in this direction,so there are some problems,such as the inconsistency between the training objectives of courses and the needs of enterprises’ personnel,and the low quality of teaching.In recent years,with the strong promotion of the government and the needs of the development of vocational colleges,various curriculum models have been experimented and promoted.The project curriculum has also been effectively applied and developed in some vocational colleges,and has achieved good results.It effectively transforms the job tasks and professional abilities of enterprises into curriculum standards and structures,and provides good guidance for the construction and development of the curriculum.In this paper,aiming at the learning ability of secondary vocational school students and combining the advantages and characteristics of the project course,the project course "multi axis machining programming and operation" is developed.This study investigates the construction of the relevant courses of "multi axis machining programming and operation" in secondary vocational school,analyzes the problems existing in the current courses and puts forward the development ideas ofthe project courses.By visiting the enterprises related to NC multi axis machining production,we have a deep understanding of the work content of multi axis machining related posts,and have a discussion and summary with the front-line employees and experts of the enterprise posts.We have summed up the professional fields and main post groups of NC multi axis machining direction.Then we have a joint discussion with the experts of the enterprise posts and the teachers of the school multi axis machining direction on the course of multi axis machining programming and operation Cheng’s typical tasks are analyzed to clarify his professional ability.Then determine the curriculum goal,organize the curriculum content,summarize the project,design the curriculum evaluation scheme,and prepare the curriculum standard.Finally,the project teaching plan is made and a module in the project design is selected as a case to develop its content.The innovation of this study is based on the current situation and characteristics of multi axis processing courses in secondary vocational colleges,and based on the concept of modularization and flexibility of project courses,to develop a project course specially suitable for the students of multi axis processing in secondary vocational schools.Through this research,I hope to be able to provide some reference for the secondary vocational school related project curriculum development research,but also for the secondary vocational education development to provide their own a humble force.
