Technical Study Of High Precise Sixteen-roll Cold Rolled Strip Production

The paper studies cold rolled paper-thin strip technics rule of sixteen-roles rolling machine based on cold-rolled theory and forms corresponding rolling model ,tension model and moment calculation model of sixteen-roles rolling machine .In the process of modeling ,mainly work has been done in the following :1. analyse rolling charastics of cold rolled paper-thin strip and main effctful subjects to rolling force.2. forms rolling force model of cold rolled paper-thin strip.3. forms tension model of cold rolled paper-thin strip.4. forms roll-system-drive moment calculating model of sixteen-roll mill.Adopting CQ strip, the paper experiment scheme according to strip shape and comes to maximal rolling force relevant to diffirent material.at the same time, establishing suitable tension and rolling rules . it provides base for rolling and tension establishment. the explainment according to the model proposed shows that paper- shape rolling force model'result accord with actual result.the paper gives rolling rule based on VISUAL BASIC which can be suitable for engineering and provides important reference to the sixteen-roll mill technic study in the future.
