Coal is the cornerstone of China's energy.The development and innovation of the coal industry has greatly affected the development of China's overall national economy.Therefore,the coal loading flat car line responsible for coal transportation is also particularly important.With the acceleration of railway transportation,the lower production capacity and safety of traditional coal-loaded flat car lines have gradually failed to meet the increasingly stringent standards for railway transportation.The use of advanced industrial control technology to improve the intelligence level of the coal-loading flat car production line has become an important issue to be urgently addressed in the current coal transportation.According to the production requirements of a coal-loaded flat car line,this paper takes a certain coal mine in Shanxi as an application object to study the intelligent transformation of the entire coal-loaded flat car production line.Analyze the problems of low production efficiency and low safety in the traditional coal loading flat car line production process,and propose specific and feasible improvement strategies to effectively change the current harsh operating environment,low efficiency,low safety and operator work intensity Greater status quo.In this dissertation,after completing the analysis and research on the current status of the basic technology of the coal loading flat car line,a self-designed set of intelligent coal loading flat car system is used.Among them,in the quantitative coal loading subsystem,machine vision technology is used to assist in controlling the loading of coal,so that the coal piles in the car after the loading of coal are reasonably distributed,and it is convenient to complete the flat car work later;while the flat car device is designed using 3D modeling software Complete the structural design,and use PFC3 D software and Ansys software to perform kinematic analysis and strength check of the flat coal slab,respectively,to optimize the design plan;finally design the electrical control system,and use industrial control technology to realize the automatic control of the coal loading flat car line process flow And through the secondary development of the Win CC host computer configuration software to achieve the on-site control of the human-computer interaction interface.Through simulation analysis,the system effectively improves the level of automation and intelligence of the production line,reduces the operator's work intensity,and improves per capita production efficiency and safety.
