At the rapid changes in technology today,the condom production process has basically been automated.However there still relies heavily on artificial labor in pinhole leak detection,which increases working intensity and requires large labor.Therefore,it will be significant to design a set of automatic feeding system for condom production based on the structure characteristics of condom,the quality requirements of the electricity detection and the production environment.Surrounding the main task automatic feeding equipment,this paper has completed the design and research work of equipment machinery,pneumatic system,control system and condom coordinate information extraction.Then,according to the design plan,this paper carries out related experiments to demonstrate the feasibility of the device.During the design of the structure,the overall design scheme of the system has been obtained by analyzing the process of manual feeding and relying on the related advanced technologies.This article has designed and analyzed the process of single condom acquisition,the rule of single condom obtaining,and the process of placing a condom whose caliber is smaller than the mold on a mold.Finally,the whole set of equipment has been plotted with 3D drawing software.According to the 3D model,ADAMS and ANSYS software are used to carry out the motion simulation analysis,stress analysis and modal analysis of the related components and some important parts.In the design of the pneumatic system,according to the design scheme and combining the technical problems mentioned above,the gas circuit design of the whole equipment is completed,and relative models of the important parts in the pneumatic system are selected.Then,according to the action of the device and the preset beats,this thesis designs the control system,which provide convenience in the selection of controller PLC and in the writing of PLC program.The main work of condom coordinate information extraction is to identify the coordinate information of condom ring through machine vision,so that the robot can extract condoms regularly.Before this,the optimum drop height for the visual recognition is determined according to the drop experiment at different heights,and the camera internal parameters are determined by camera calibration experiment using Zhang's calibration method.Finally,using MATLAB to compile functions to denoise,extract edges and detect ellipses to determine the center coordinates of the rings.Finally,according to the above design work,it sets up the experimental platform of the related modules.Then the modularization experiments were carried out on the material preprocessing,the vacuum extracting,the manipulator feeding,the material pipeline handling and the PLC control system,which verifies the feasibility of the device.
