Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,large power consumption,immature overall control and production optimization of the injection-production system,with considering the variation of single well production performance,the thing,how to economically and efficiently carry out the production of oil wells and water allocation of injection wells,should be studied,under the constraints of surface oil production equipment,water supply equipment and water injection capacity,based on the‘four modernizations'data of oil fields.It is of great significance to the overall production optimization of oil field block and the dynamic balance development and adjustment of injection-production system.The production wells and injection wells in block X were taken as the research objects,and the comprehensive evaluation of waterflood development effect by radar chart was made,and the energy saving potential of oil and water wells were analyzed,based on the nodal energy efficiency evaluation model;the production optimization model of injection-production system was established by the minimum energy consumption of the whole block,based on dynamic balance of injection-production,performance constraints of ground equipment and block production assignment,The complex and dynamic reservoir was regarded as a black box,supported by the‘four modernizations'data of the oilfield,and the linkage relationship between the injection and production system behind the deep mining data.By using the sequential quadratic programming algorithm to solve the nonlinear optimization problem,the search direction of the optimization variables and the Lagrangian multiplier sub-variables were obtained,and the optimal solutions were approximated,in order to achieve the goal of minimum total energy consumption and optimal economic benefits in the block.The results show that the water content in block X is above 95%,the injection-production ratio and formation pressure remain reasonable,and the water retention rate slowly decreases.The average energy saving potential of the injection system is 4.49%,and the average energy saving potential of the pumping Wells is 25.23%.By solving the production optimization model of injection and production system,the total power of the block decreased by 10.47×10~4 k W in 2016-2017.The average monthly power of the block decreased by about 0.455×10~4 k W,and the power saving rate was 20.71%.
