Study On Construction Of Security Risk Pre-control System Of ZM Group Company

China is rich in coal deposits,with estimated reserves of more than 4.5 trillion tons and is the world’s largest producer of coal.However,China’s coal mines are mostly small and medium-sized ones,and are relatively backward at production technology.Thus safety accidents are significantly more frequent than in other industries.The problem of safety production in coal mines is still an important factor restricting the high-quality development of the coal industry.Therefore,it has important practical significance to construct safety risk pre-control system.Based on a systematic review of safety risk management,this dissertation focuses on safety risk identification,and safety risk assessment and construction scheme of safety risk pre-control system.On the basis of combing the basic concept and simplifying the description of the concept,the relationship among the concepts is clarified.In the aspect of safety risk identification,this dissertation discusses task process identification,and post task process identification and fault tree identification of safety risk in ZM Group Company.In the aspect of safety risk assessment,this dissertation analyzes the dynamic correction LS method,which is more suitable with the reality of the dynamic development and change of safety management in ZM Group Company based on the discussion of safety risk matrix assessment and LEC assessment of ZM Group.This method not only simplifies the workload of satety risk identification,but also generate safety risk database simultaneously.Moreover total of13522 kinds of safety risks were identified.Finally,this dissertation puts forward corresponding scheme and system guarantee suggestions on how to carry out construction of safety risk system,and prospects the data access of monitoring and control system to form comprehensive early warnings of safety risks.This has a strong guiding significance for ZM Group to construct safety risk pre-control and management system,and also has some reference for similar company.
