| In recent years,driven by policies such as the quota system and carbon emission reduction,the green certificate trading market in the field of renewable energy in my country has increasingly become a hot topic in the current energy market.The introduction of green certificate trading policies combined with relevant policies and measures of the renewable energy quota system has effectively promoted the transformation of traditional fossil energy companies,especially coal companies.At the same time,the gradual implementation of these measures has also become an important milestone in the current electric power enterprise reform,laying a solid foundation for the healthy development of my country’s clean energy system and energy revolution in the future.However,the current green certificate transaction process in the field of renewable energy still has problems such as insufficient supply and demand for green certificate transactions,and imperfect green certificate transaction processes.Therefore,under the background of the implementation of ecological civilization and low-carbon economic strategy,the study promotes the construction of a green certificate transaction system between traditional coal power companies and renewable energy green power companies,and solves the problem of traditional coal power companies and green power production.Renewable energy enterprises’ internal and inter-enterprise industrial chain coordination and decision-making issues are to realize the transformation of traditional energy enterprises into renewable energy enterprises and promote the transformation of energy structure,thereby achieving the goals of energy revolution and high-quality economic development.It has important theories.And practical significance.Based on the above policy background and practical problems,this dissertation mainly does the following work:This dissertation first reviews relevant domestic and foreign research literature from three aspects: "renewable energy quota system" and "green certificate trading","revenue sharing model",and "cost sharing model".The study found that the existing literature lacks research on the sensitivity of the green certificates sold by renewable energy companies to the carbon emission reduction coefficient and carbon emission reduction preferences.No scholar has established the Stackelberg model related to renewable energy companies and traditional coal power companies by establishing revenue sharing and cost sharing models,so as to realize the integration of renewable energy companies and traditional coal power companies.Then,on the basis of literature review,this dissertation constructs a corresponding theoretical model of supply chain coordination game analysis.Based on the analysis of the green certificate sales price,carbon emission reduction level and the electricity price of traditional coal power companies under the two scenarios of decentralized and centralized decision-making,the results found that: Renewable energy companies and traditional coal power companies have achieved the best overall supply chain profits and supply chain carbon emission reduction effects.Based on the fact that it is difficult for both companies to directly make centralized decision-making in reality,this dissertation proposes three different negotiation and negotiation mechanisms,namely,revenue sharing,cost sharing,and revenue sharing plus cost under the condition that both companies of the rational economic person consider their own interests.Three different mechanisms such as apportionment are used to carry out the coordination mechanism between renewable energy companies and traditional coal power companies,so as to achieve the balance of supply chain between renewable energy companies and traditional coal power companies and within the companies,which is the internal operation of both companies.Decision-making and subsequent integration of the two parties provide a basis for theoretical analysis.Furthermore,in the analysis process combining the actual data of the enterprise and the actual calculation example,the study found that as the two parameters of the renewable energy company’s carbon emission preference coefficient and the renewable energy company’s carbon emission reduction cost coefficient change,the coordination game model is different.The solution under the negotiation mechanism(such as the green certificate price of renewable energy companies,the electricity price of traditional coal power companies,etc.)will also change accordingly.When the carbon emission reduction preference coefficient and the cost coefficient increase,only under the negotiation and negotiation mechanism of revenue sharing plus cost sharing coexistence,the overall carbon emission reduction degree of the supply chain of renewable energy companies and traditional coal power companies is the same as that of the supply chain.The income can increase together.Under this circumstance,the negotiation and negotiation mechanism of revenue sharing plus cost sharing is a better coordination mechanism than the previous two that only consider revenue sharing or only consider cost sharing.Finally,this dissertation uses R language to establish the corresponding simulation program based on the above three negotiation models,set each parameter as an adjustable item,and obtain the carbon emission reduction efforts of renewable energy companies and coal-fired power companies and their respective supply chains.The development trend of revenue and relevant research conclusions provide decision-making tools for the actual operation of energy companies.This
