Cold rolling strip is widely used in precision instruments,automobile production,shipbuilding and other industries.The quality of rolling strip will directly affect the development of these industries.In strip rolling,tension is an important control means to ensure the smooth rolling.Reasonable tension can realize the fine adjustment of plate thickness and tension correction of plate shape.The processing products of Y-type electromagnetic control rolling mill are mainly thin strips.The built-in the electromagnetic stick can realize the micro-scale roll profile regulation,and then realize the strip shape regulation.Therefore,the research on the tension of Y-type electromagnetic control rolling mill is of great significance to the formulation of rolling schedule and the improvement of strip shape quality.Firstly,based on the Y-type rolling mill,according to the preset parameters of strip shape control,the size of Y-type roll system and the stress analysis of deformation zone,the front and back tension analytical model of Y-type rolling mill was established.The reliability of the front and back tension analytical model was verified by comparing the experimental deformation zone with the simulation deformation zone.Secondly,the roll crown curve data was calculated by two-dimensional axisymmetric model.Based on Y-type electromagnetic control mill,the three-dimensional structure rolling simulation model of Y-type rolling mill with different roll crowns was established by Marc software,and the finite element model of Y-type rolling mill was verified by strip rolling experiment.Then,based on the three-dimensional rolling simulation model of Y-type rolling mill,the rolling characteristics of Y-type rolling mill and its influence on strip under different rolling forces and roll crowns were explored.The influence of different rolling forces and roll crowns on strip shape,strip stress,transverse displacement of metal and transverse distribution of tensile stress were discussed;The influence of different tension on the bearing roll gap of Y-type rolling mill with different roll crowns was analyzed;In the case of flat roll,the increase of front and back tension could effectively reduce the rolling pressure,and the influence of back tension was slightly greater than that of front tension on rolling pressure;The strip shape control effect of the combination of tension and roll profile electromagnetic control technology was explored,and the influence laws of different tension and different roll crown changes on plate thickness distribution,reduction rate,plate crown,edge thinning,metal lateral displacement and front tension stress lateral distribution were analyzed.Lastly,tension rolling experiment was carried out on Y-type electromagnetic control rolling mill.The actual adjustment effect of different tensions and rolling force conditions on strip rolling in continuous rolling process was studied.The influence of different tensions,different roll crown and different rolling force on strip rolling was analyzed,and the reasonable rolling process parameters were given.
