Currently,the Chinese market situation in our country is becoming more and more complicated.The key of an enterprise that wants to occupy a favorable position in a complex market is the talent team building.The absorption,stability maintenance and management of talents have become the priority to ensure that the company builds a talent team and seeks to survive and grow.As the most direct and effective means for enterprises to motivate employees,its importance is obviously self-evident.A perfect compensation system can meet the basic needs of employees,maximize their enthusiasm for production,and ensure the completion of the company’s task indicators and the continuity of development.Therefore,improving compensation system,improving enterprise compensation management,are obviously important.At first,this reviews the research content and research framework by analyzing the research background of compensation theory,no matter where.Take the compensation system of employees in production positions of ZY company.Summarize the problems of the compensation system,that is,the index system is not complete,the incentive effect is not obvious,the fairness is difficult to guarantee,and the welfare satisfaction is not high.It is believed that the managers’ ignorance to compensation management,the mismatch between the compensation system and the company’s strategy,the lack of supervision and feedback,the incomplete welfare system are the main reasons.The four reasons pave the way for the later improvement of the compensation system of employees in production positions of ZY company.Based on the above,this article explains the necessity of improvement of the compensation system of employees in production positions.And propose improvement strategies from three aspects: salary index system,supervision feedback system and welfare system,make the compensation management scientific.Finally,four guarantee strategies including human resource guarantee,cultural guarantee,technical guarantee and capital guarantee are put forward,to ensure that improvement of the compensation system of employees in production positions of ZY company can be implemented.The improvement strategy proposed in this article is aimed at the current remuneration system implemented in central enterprises,which can provide reference and reference for other similar enterprises to solve similar problems.The improvement strategies proposed in this article are aimed at the current remuneration system implemented in the Central Enterprises,provide reference for other enterprises of the same type to solve similar problem.
