Sealed bearings are a combination of open bearings,lubricants and seals,and have been widely used in the engineering field.The working environment of the main bearing of the pumping unit is harsh,and the application of the sealed bearing on the main bearing of the pumping unit can prolong the service life of the pumping unit,and reduce the maintenance cost of the pumping unit,and promote the production of crude oil in the oil field.This paper is based on the study of the sealing design and performance of the main bearing sealed bearing of the beam pumping unit.On the one hand,the dynamic analysis of the main bearing is carried out according to the movement law of the pumping unit,and the distribution of the internal grease is analyzed.On the other hand,the sealing structure of the sealed bearing is designed,and the influence of the structural parameters,material hardness and bearing load of the seal on the sealing performance of the seal is analyzed by finite element simulation,and the relevant laws are summarized;combined with orthogonal The multi-factor analysis of experimental design and surface response method optimizes the structural parameters of the seal.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Taking the 14-type conventional beam pumping unit as an example,the mechanical model of the pumping unit is established according to the motion law of the pumping unit to obtain the load characteristics of the main bearing,and then the dynamic analysis of the main bearing is performed to obtain the main bearing The equivalent stress distribution,contact stress distribution and radial displacement of the bearing inner ring.(2)Establish a three-dimensional model of grease flow analysis in the bearing cavity,and simulate the flow field in the bearing cavity based on the FLUENT software,and analyze the grease distribution and pressure distribution in the bearing cavity under different working conditions.The seal design of the follow-up bearing provides reference.(3)The sealing structure of the sealed bearing is designed,and a simplified three-dimensional finite element model of the sealed bearing is established.Through ABAQUS simulation,the four structural parameters and material hardness of the initial interference,lip fillet,lip thickness,and pressure relief groove are analyzed.The influence of bearing load on the sealing performance of seals.(4)Orthogonal experiments were designed for the structural parameters of the seals,and the results of the orthogonal experiments were analyzed,and the primary and secondary factors affecting the sealing performance of the structural parameters were obtained;and the minimum contact stress and the maximum Mises stress were taken as the objective function.The Box-Behnken experimental design establishes the objective function regression model,evaluates the regression model,uses the surface response method to analyze the influence of the interaction between the structural parameters on the sealing performance;optimizes the regression model to obtain the structural parameters of the seal Optimal combination plan.
