| This paper studies the consumption of profile support produced by Chinese coal enterprises.Based on the increasing domestic demand for coal and the gradual increase of the amount of profile required for underground roadway support,combined with the roadway support parameters of 60 coal mines and the global coal production data,this paper studies the consumption of profile support in coal production by using theoretical analysis and data regression,This paper systematically analyzes the consumption of profile support in coal production in China,establishes the evaluation index system of profile consumption in coal production,and analyzes the evaluation index.Coal is an important guarantee for China’s energy strategic security.The production of coal is inseparable from steel,especially the amount of roadway support products is huge and various.Since 2000,the demand for coal has been increasing,and the profiles required for underground roadway support have been gradually increased.Through the analysis of the historical evolution of underground roadway profile support,the comparative analysis of global coal consumption and the prediction of the demand trend of underground profile support in the future,it is concluded that the demand for underground profile support in coal mines will increase sharply in the future.Through the comparative analysis of global coal consumption,this paper analyzes the current situation of coal reserves,output and consumption.China’s demand for coal will continue to rise,and the dominant position of coal will not change fundamentally for a long time.By selecting the evaluation index of profile support consumption in coal production,the evaluation index system of profile support consumption in coal production is designed and constructed from the buried depth of coal seam,roadway support and cutting support,and the differences in different regions.It explains the data source,constructs the evaluation index system,and finally obtains the data of the evaluation results according to the index system.According to the evaluation results,the buried depth,different areas,roadway support and cutting support are analyzed respectively.Through the analysis of the depth of the coal seam,it is concluded that the deeper the buried depth of the coal seam,the greater the consumption of profile support in coal mine production,the longer the length of bolt and anchor cable per meter of roadway,and the greater the weight of bolt and anchor cable per meter of roadway.By comparing and analyzing the profile consumption in different regions,the profile support consumption in coal production in different regions is different.The weight of anchor cable per meter of roadway in Shaanxi Province is the largest.By comparing roadway support and cut support,it is concluded that the profile consumption of cut support is much greater than that of roadway support.This thesis has 18 figures,15 tables and 54 references. |
