| The current domestic steel pipe enterprise use pipe-maling machine widely used dynamic cutting way,cutting the car through the clamping fixture with pipe to walk forward,and the right clamping force should not be controlled,inconsistency between fixture and pipe strength while relative displacement,the resulting steel pipe cutting length error is bigger,will lead to pipe abrasion powerfully.With the continuous improvement of customers’ requirements for pipes,how to achieve high precision cutting of pipes stably and efficiently has become an urgent problem for most pipe making enterprises.This paper studies the design of the on-line tracing and shearing system of stainless steel pipe.At present,domestic and foreign scholars and pipe manufacturers have carried out a lot of research work on servo chase shear system,and achieved a lot of research results.But the speed detection and trolley path planning in the synchronous area are still the difficulties of the servo trace-shear system.To solve this problem,this paper adopts Delta DVP20 MP series motion controller and PMsoft software to design the retuning process.This paper analyzes the principle of electronic CAM and its application,through the advantages and disadvantages of several cutting system to choose the best cutting system scheme.At the same time also studied the electrical design part of the equipment selection.Through a large number of experiments and analysis of error data,a method to reduce the error by means of data compensation and hardware improvement is proposed.The online overcutting system designed in this paper adopts the formula method to generate overcutting curve,which makes the cutting platform trolley move with the pipe,so as to achieve the effect of synchronous overcutting.Its advantage is that the cutting table is driven by a servo motor,and the cutting table speed is consistent with the pipe speed,the fixture only plays a fixed role on the pipe,and there is no relative sliding,can avoid scratching the steel pipe,and achieve a better control of the pipe orifice diameter and cutting length.The results show that the final length error of the pipe cutting is kept within 1mm.Compared with the traditional cutting platform,the cutting length precision,surface smoothness and the size precision of the pipe nozzle are greatly improved.Therefore,the online tracing and shearing system designed in this paper has a great application market. |
