Research On The Integrated Development Strategy Of LTHX Company

With the help of the Internet and the digital information age,China’s chlor-alkali chemical industry also has a new development opportunity.The industry is growing,the enterprise scale is increasing,its market demand is also increasing.On the one hand,it is based on the implementation of the national promotion policy on chemical building materials;on the other hand,it is based on the basic concept of China’s continuous promotion of infrastructure construction.China’s infrastructure construction investment is increasing,and the continuous expansion of domestic demand also means that the industry has a brighter development prospect.The demand of chlor-alkali products has become a trend.Chlor-alkali chemical industry is the basic chemical industry with high energy consumption,high pollution and low added value.Taking the "chlor-alkali hydrogen balance" as the key point,this paper promotes the effective adjustment of the industrial structure comprehensively,promotes the effective cultivation of the "product tree" and "product chain" of fine chemical industry,and then promotes the exit of idle and backward production capacity,and promotes the merger and reorganization of enterprises.Only in this way,can make chlor-alkali chemical gradually systematized,standardized,and more in line with the requirements of modern society and the requirements of environmental protection,gradually towards the intensive development road.LTHX company is the only large-scale enterprise in Southwest Shandong Province that integrates coal,electricity,salt and chemical industry.This paper takes LTHX company as the main research object,integrative strategy as the theoretical basis,combined with chlor-alkali chemical industry structure,using integrated strategic management theory and PEST model,Porter’s five-force analysis model,EFE/IFE matrix,SWOT analysis method,QSPM matrix and other research methods to systematically analyze LTHX company’s external environment.Based on the internal and external environment,this paper puts forward the ideas and Countermeasures for LTHX company to extend the industrial chain and implement the integrated development of upstream and downstream,and analysis of the development path and guarantee.This is the specific application of the integrated development strategy theory,which provides a reference basis for the company’s development,and also provides some reference for future researchers.
