| For a long time,the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry has been at the expense of the environment and resources.Constructing a green supply chain can effectively solve the environmental problems of the traditional supply chain management model of the manufacturing industry,and it is also highly consistent with the national strategy of sustainable development.However,there are still certain obstacles to the widespread application of the green supply chain.How to use the government’s promotion role by establishing an effective environmentally supply chain subsidy mechanism to promote the rapid and good development of the environmentally supply chain is not only a hot and difficult issue in academic research at the moment,but also a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.This article takes this as a starting point,and conducts research on the design and improvement of the government’s subsidy mechanism for the environmentally supply chain of the manufacturing industry,which is of great significance to promote the construction of environmentally supply chain.First,by literature research and connotation,the definition of environmentally supply chain and government subsidy mechanism was defined.Based on the current situation investigation,three types of participating stakeholders in environmentally supply chain subsidies were identified.It clarified the interests of different subjects and their behavioral relationships,and designed a government subsidy mechanism for manufacturing environmentally supply chains that does not target subsidies.Secondly,the evolutionary game models of the two subsidy sub-mechanisms are established respectively,the equilibrium solution of the game is obtained and its stability is analyzed,and the influence of different parameters on the evolution results of the model is analyzed with the game phase diagram.Using the unilateral stability analysis of the game subject to further explore the strategic stability of a single decision-making subject,a subsidy strategy for setting a threshold is proposed.Finally,a corresponding system dynamics model is constructed,and the effectiveness of the proposed subsidy mechanism evolutionary game model is verified through simulation analysis.In addition,the parameter sensitivity analysis was introduced to find out the key influencing factors of the model.The simulation of the threshold subsidy strategy was used to prove the effectiveness of the threshold setting strategy and the optimal threshold was determined.Based on this,we put forward targeted countermeasures from two perspectives: subsidies to enterprises and subsidies to consumers.The research results show that the evolutionary game model of the government subsidy mechanism for the environmentally supply chain of the core enterprise group,the evolutionary game model of the government subsidy mechanism for the environmentally supply chain of the consumer group for consumer groups,and the corresponding system dynamics simulation verification model constructed in this paper have good feasibility and rationality.Not only can the evolution stable equilibrium strategy be relatively accurately obtained,but it can also objectively simulate the evolution process of the model and find the key influencing factors,which is important for establishing an effective manufacturing green supply.The chain government subsidy mechanism has certain theoretical basis and reference value.This paper regards the government as a party of interest in the game,and combines evolutionary games and system dynamics methods.It has some new ideas in research perspectives and methods. |
