| The society is developing fast,the scientific and technological level has been greatly improved,and the economic globalization is constantly improved.On this basis,Chinese enterprises have to not only face the competition in the domestic market but also respond to the fierce competition in the international market.The development of globalization brings development opportunities and great pressure to enterprises.To establish its presence in the fierce market competition,an enterprise has to rely on the support of various resources.Any enterprise of any type with any development scale and any future development blueprint has the same demand for talents.Competition between enterprises is competition for talents.The training management of an enterprise is an important content in HR management in the enterprise.Good training management and the improvement of the comprehensive quality and ability of staffs can help an enterprise to transform the HR advantage into the talent advantage.It will become the key to the development strategy of the enterprise and the core competitiveness in the market,thus achieving the long-term development of the enterprise.Therefore,the constant improvement of the training management of the enterprise is a common problem and difficulty faced by all the enterprises.With the staff training management of R company as the study subject,this paper discusses the relevant concepts and theories of training management,including the definition of training management,type and roles of staff straining,human capital theory,training assessment theory,and blended learning theory;the literature research method and empirical analysis method are used for the deep statistical analysis in many dimensions;R company is introduced briefly from the perspective of basic information,organization structure,personnel structure,corporate culture,and development strategies;through the collection and summary of questionnaire and interview surveys,the problems of R company are summarized,including lack of a scientific training demand analysis,obvious time conflict of work and study,a single form of training,lack of a professional internal trainer team,a low transmission rate of training achievements,insufficient training incentive,and lack of the digital management system and training platform.The main reasons include insufficient attention on the training,insufficient business ability of the HR Department,disconnection between training and relevant links of HR,failure to create the internal environment of the organization good for training,imperfect staff training assessment mechanism and incentive system,and lack of the career planning management of staffs Finally,based on the problems,the measures for the improvement of the training management of R company are proposed,including the standardization of the training process,the guidance of the career planning,diversified forms of training,the balance of work and study,the establishment of the international trainer system of the company,training assessment by classification,promotion of the achievement transformation,establishment of the training incentive system,creation of the learning-oriented corporate culture,and construction of the digital management system and training platform.I hope that the research achievements can improve the current training management of R company and the competitive advantage of HR management;form the scientific,perspective,and sustainable training management system;and allow the enterprise to grow together with the staffs.At the same time,I hope that they can provide a reference for the training management of the same industry or similar companies. |
