Coal yards and coal conveying systems in coal-fired power plants are important places for producing dust.How to effectively and quickly monitor the dust density and timely alarm when the density exceeds the limit is of great significance for ensuring the green environmental protection production of power plants.Aiming at the problem of dust density monitoring in power plants,an on-line dust density monitoring system based on Renesas embedded SK-S7G2 is developed and researched.The main contents are as follows:1)Build wireless sensor network based on Renesas embedded SK-S7G2,electrostatic induction dust density sensor,WSN-3231 wireless node,WSN-9791 gateway,and cooperate with power module,current and voltage conversion circuit,communication module,etc.To build the system hardware;The AD and communication module of the SK-S7G2 are configured to obtain a voltage signal of 0.6V-3V;the wireless sensor network is configured based on the NI-MAX,and the sensor data is transmitted to the upper computer.2)Aiming at the layout problem of multi-channel dust density sensor,a sensor placement method based on minimum circle is proposed.The method improves the traditional equilateral triangle arrangement,and combines the European delivery boy algorithm to determine the optimal placement position of the dust sensor by finding the smallest circle.3)Based on the LabVIEW language of visualization,the information management system of the host computer has been developed,which has the functions of information collection,information processing and analysis,over-limit alarm,data display,data remote transmission and human-computer interaction.4)The data is calibrated based on the FilterSense PM100 multi-channel dust density monitor to determine the relationship between the output voltage of the system and the dust density.The data was collected for error analysis to obtain the relative error of the system.Simulate the sensor arrangement.From the error analysis of a large number of comparative experiments,the online monitoring system of power plant dust density based on Renesas embedded SK-S7G2 developed in this thesis can effectively monitor the dust density.Simulation of the sensor arrangement shows that the sensor arrangement method based on the minimum circle can reduce the number of sensors and reduce the engineering cost while meeting the monitoring requirements.
