Ecological Environment Control Of Liaocheng Section Of The Yellow River From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance The Study Of Theory

The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation,which breeds the splendid Chinese civilization.The Yellow River ecological environment is related to hundreds of millions of people and occupies an important strategic position in China’s development.How to manage the Yellow River ecological environment is very important.The harnessing of the Yellow River has gone through the flood disaster harnessing stage before the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the harnessing stage in the early days of the founding of the people’s Republic of China,and the comprehensive harnessing stage since the 21st century.With the successive realization of various harnessing objectives,there are new requirements for the harnessing of the Yellow River in the new historical period.The comprehensive management of water environment,water ecology,water resources,water security and water culture should be considered as a whole.The special management of a single department can no longer meet the requirements of high-quality development.General secretary Xi Jinping put forward the viewpoint of "promoting the great governance in coordination" in the Symposium on eco-environmental protection and high quality development in the the Yellow River River Basin,and pointed out the general direction for the Yellow River’s related governance.Therefore,the author studies the ecological environment management of Liaocheng section of the Yellow River from the perspective of collaborative management,so as to expand the management ideas and methods of ecological environment protection of Liaocheng section of the Yellow River,and provide theoretical support for the comprehensive management of ecological environment of Liaocheng section of the Yellow River.In this paper,through literature research,field visits and interviews,case studies,in the first chapter of this paper describes the significance of the paper,research status at home and abroad.In the second chapter,the theory of collaborative governance is elaborated.In the third chapter of this paper,the Yellow River governance process,governance situation and the Yellow River Liaocheng section of the ecological environment governance present situation are described,full analysis of the Yellow River Liaocheng section of the ecological environment governance in the main collaborative governance,collaborative governance mechanism and the problems in the collaborative process,in the fourth chapter of this paper,through the analysis of Shenzhen City River and the Thames River,the two collaborative governance social public river Finally,the experience of collaborative governance in river ecological environment governance is summarized.Through the theoretical and empirical analysis of collaborative governance,this paper studies the effective collaborative governance measures in line with the ecological environment governance of Liaocheng section of the Yellow River,so as to achieve the purpose of better ecological environment governance of Liaocheng section of the Yellow River.
