Study On The Existing Problems And Improving Countermeasures In The Renovation Of Rural Human Settlements In Xintai

Since 2004,for 18 years in a row,the first document of the Central Committee has paid continuous attention to the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Rural Human Settlement Environment is an important part of the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The renovation of rural human settlement environment is an important task in implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,a good rural living environment is of great significance to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.As General Secretary Xi Jinping put it,"green waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver." It was clearly stated in the report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we will launch a campaign to improve rural human settlements.Without National Health,there will be no overall well-off.How to make up for the shortage of rural environmental construction is the key guarantee to promote the integration of urban and rural areas and realize the revitalization of rural areas,it is not only the urgent need of the peasants to solve the problems existing in the process of renovating the rural human settlements environment,but also the clean and tidy rural human settlements environment.This paper takes Xintai as the research object and adopts the method of questionnaire to study the rural human settlement environment in Xintai from the perspective of farmers.The three most important parts of this paper mainly focus on the current situation,problems and countermeasures in the process of the renovation of the rural human settlements in Xintai.The first is an analysis of the current situation of rural human settlements in Xintai.A brief introduction of Xintai basic information,combined with the analysis of the questionnaire,in this paper,the main contents of environmental rehabilitation are discussed from four aspects:Rural Toilet Revolution,post-life waste treatment,domestic sewage treatment and rural public service facilities,at the same time,the paper evaluates the effects of the improvement of rural human settlements in these four aspects.Secondly,it classifies and enumerates the problems existing in the process of the renovation of rural human settlements.Rural residents weak awareness of environmental protection and the level of knowledge constraints,lack of financial support in the process of environmental rehabilitation,inadequate management of rural toilets,lack of supervision and management of rural public service facilities,and rural human settlements environmental rehabilitation technology policy constraints on the five aspects of classification.The fifth part is in view of the problems in the fourth part,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the bank.In the work of renovating Rural Human Settlements Environment,we should constantly raise the environmental protection awareness of rural residents,give priority to meeting the financial support for renovating rural human settlements environment,constantly strengthen the management of rural latrines,and improve the supervision and management of rural public service facilities,we should strengthen the technical policy support of the rural human settlements environment,strengthen the rural environmental legislation to help the implementation of the Human Settlements Environment,and beautify the image of the village in the light of local conditions.
