With the rapid development of China's urbanization process,a large number of construction projects have also emerged.A large amount of building construction will inevitably generate a large amount of construction waste.Survey data shows that at present,40% of the total amount of urban solid waste in China is construction waste.As a "wasted resource",construction waste deserves our serious treatment.Therefore,how to effectively deal with construction waste has become an urgent problem.This paper focuses on the complex relationship between influencing factors of construction waste and construction waste with the help of system dynamics method,and then further studies the construction waste management mode.First of all,compare and analyze the current status of construction waste management at home and abroad.Second,through the analysis and research of domestic construction waste management models,seek entry points that can be related to system dynamics.The relationship between the influencing factors and the output of construction waste is used to build a system dynamics model and test its feasibility.Then analyze the current status of construction waste management in Changchun,organize Changchun's policies on construction waste,and use the verified The system dynamics model studies the management model of construction waste,and draws the following conclusions: According to the model simulation results,it is estimated that the total amount of construction waste in Changchun City will reach 17 million tons in 2020 under the current management mode;the main source of construction waste in Changchun City is the construction demolition process.Large amount of waste;participants in the construction waste management process,the higher the environmental awareness,the less new construction waste is added each year;the number of construction waste comprehensive utilization enterprises affects the recycling rate of construction waste;In the management process,it plays an important role.The government should increase support for comprehensive utilizationenterprises and increase economic encouragement;the Changchun City government should strive to improve the corresponding laws and regulations,strengthen supervision,and the reduction of construction waste sources is particularly important;the multi-factor comprehensive adjustment management model Compared with the management mode adjusted by a single factor,it has a greater advantage in construction waste management.The multi-factor comprehensive regulation and management model provides certain reference significance for government decision-making.Through the research in this article,we can have a deep understanding of the construction waste management model in Changchun.Through the establishment and analysis of the model,we can predict the change trend of the construction waste production in the next few years,and provide certain information for effectively reducing the annual output of construction waste.Significance of reference.
