In recent years,the problem of offshore seawater pollution has become increasingly serious,which has a great impact on fisheries and aquaculture.Seawater pollution mainly includes the continuous deviation of seawater temperature,dissolved oxygen,and PH value from the normal range,which requires real-time collection and precise treatment.Based on the above problems,an integrated seawater collection device based on UAV platform is designed in this paper.The goal is to solve the deficiencies of time-consuming and inaccurate samples during seawater collection.Starting from the functional requirements of seawater collection,this paper finally proposed an integrated seawater collection scheme based on UAV platform through multidimensional analysis and comparison in the aspect of automatization,intelligentization and economization.In the overall scheme,the UAV platform is used as the upper computer,the electric winch is fixed on the UAV platform,and the lifting of the seawater collection device is controlled by the electric winch and the stepper motor;the seawater collection device in this paper mainly includes the double head collection needle,following the negative pressure principle,the seawater is collected by the stepper motor and is controlled by host computer.The prototype was made based on the theoretical research of mechanical structure design,force analysis,and control performance.Finally,the seawater sampling test was carried out in the laboratory and the designated collection points in the nearby sea area.Each sampling period consists of the total time of UAV round-trip and hovering,equipment lifting and sea water collection.The test shows that the average sampling period is four minutes,and ten ml of sea water is collected.If the time of UAV round-trip and hovering is removed,the average time of collecting ten ml seawater is fifteen seconds.The innovation of this paper is the innovative design of the double head collection needle of the seawater collection device.The structure of the whole device is simple,which can stably realize the lower hanging,lifting and position fixing of the device with the help of the UAV platform,and can ensure the seawater automatic sealing,so as to avoid secondary pollution in the air.
