The thesis makes an detailed analysis of the development of the NC(numerical controlled) system. Taking VMC—1000C vertical machining center (FANUC 0i) produced by Beijing mechanical and electrical academe as an example, the writer analyzes the drive and control of its main shaft, feeding system, which provides the theoretical basis for the diagnose and maintenance of the electric breakdown that NC machine systems may encounter. Through the drive and control analysis of the NC machine, the writer suggests that we should utilize the subdivision technology of two-phase mixed stepper motor to realize the enlargement of the fourth axis of the machine. The control strategy based on current vector is established, which is constant range and its rotation is even. We use the index method when checking the table, so this method reduces the length of the table, and increases the speed of the checking. From the point of the software engineering, the thesis analyzes the control scheme and the design method of the forth axes driver and shows the detailed implementation based on the single-chip micro-controller AT89C51, This Project removes the low frequency oscillation completely and improves the output Torque, differentiating precision and the equality of each step of motor. In this way, it gives the solution to the high precision subdivision of motor, due to which we could render the micro-step angle arrive at the 2" level.At present, the equipment using efficiency is rather low because most of machining is done on one single machine. This thesis tries to bring out the way to integrate different machines with industrial spot CANbus. The hardware could complete the conversion and interface match of communication protocol and the software realized the conversion program. The soft plug technology can realize the communication of machines with different structures. With the application of Web, which is based on B/S model, users can browse and submit machining programs through WEB. To make full use of the machines available to us, we set up the lab LAN. We can realize the model building, software programming at distant and transmitting the new programs to the machines to run automatically through the measures of data shared or the Web.
