| Since its establishment,K company,located in Jiangsu Province,has been introducing the old and bringing forth the new,using modern technology and methods to develop its products;it has been well received by customers for its perfect service.However,with the advent of the era of knowledge economy,K company employee incentive management problems have become increasingly prominent.The employee turnover rate is increasing year by year,and the enthusiasm of the employees who are still on the job declines.The new influx of employees has brought new human management and motivation challenges to it.To this end,this paper analyzes and studies the existing employee incentive measures of K company,hoping to propose ways to help improve K company’s employee incentive problems and achieve rapid development of the company.This article focuses on the employee motivation problem of K company,based on the ERG theory,through interviews and questionnaire surveys,comprehensively analyzes the existing employee motivation problems of K company from the three dimensions of survival,growth and relationship,and has targeted K company proposed improvements.First of all,through research,it is found that the employees of K company are currently dissatisfied with the organization’s salary and benefits,job safety guarantee,leadership concern,promotion opportunities,decision-making participation and development planning.Then,based on the analysis of the problem,the following suggestions for improvement are put forward: In terms of incentives for survival,K company should rationalize the salary system and optimize the performance appraisal system;build a safety culture and strengthen safety guarantees.In terms of relationship incentives,it is necessary to strengthen communication between superiors and subordinates,paying attention to care and respect for employees;in terms of incentives for growth,it is necessary to establish a fair promotion system and provide multiple promotion channels;a standardized participation system,publicity and guidance decision-making participation;emphasis on career planning,Enrich and develop training programs.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the incentive improvement measures,the article puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,system and material. |
