| With the continuous progress of ecological civilization construction,green development,circular development and low-carbon development have become the consensus of the community.The continuous promulgation of environmental protection policies at the national level has enabled the environmental protection industry to usher in a golden age once in a blue moon.However,due to the high investment and the long payoff period of environmental protection industries,under the influence of global economic situation by this year,many enterprises have suffered from financing challenges and widely shrinking.On account of the bright prospect of the environmental protection industry,some well-funded state-owned enterprises also began to cross the border into the environmental protection field under the pressure of transformation.The addition of large capital can make up for the lack of financial investment and give some impetuses to the development of environmental protection industry.Nevertheless,these enterprises are short of technology strength in the field of environmental protection,so that they are likely to disrupt the market at the same time.This article takes Solid waste disposal Center of Tus-sound Environmental Resources Co.,ltd.as the research object,aiming to discover development strategies under the new situation.Firstly,the writer consulted a large number of strategic management theory literatures and environmental protection industry research results,and then builds a SWOT matrix through the inside and outside circumstance analysis by using the PEST analysis tool and five-force model.Secondly,combining with the analysis results of the SWOT matrix,it is suggested that Tus-Sound Solid Waste disposal Center should adop the horizontal and vertical simultaneous expansion strategy.Finally,this article formulates the strategic implementation schemes and safeguard measures of the enterprise development,and give some suggestions to Tus-Sound Solid Waste disposal Center.On the one hand,expanding the financing channels,exploiting the domestic and peripheral country markets,striving for high-quality projects,taking the opportunity.On the other hand,paying attention to find the emerging solid waste disposal fields,preparing a good talent reserve and market layout in advance,strengthen researchs of central equipment and the recycling of disposed waste,using the industrial park model,integrating technologies of solid waste disposal fields,reducing costs,internally adjusting the organizational structures,optimizingthe talent team,simplifying the work process,strengthening the personnel training,establishing a reasonable incentive mechanism,and forming an excellent corporate culture.Hoping this article is helpful to clear the development direction of Tus-Sound Solid Waste disposal Center,improve the ability of adapting to the external environment and internal management,and enhancing the enterprise cohesion.Also hoping to bring some reference values to the development of the environmental protection industry. |
