Research On Safety Management System Evaluation Of Nuclear Chemical Construction Enterprises In Installation

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s nuclear power construction with the adjustment of energy structure,the corresponding nuclear chemical construction industry has ushered in a good market and development opportunities.However,the incidence of safety accidents in the construction industry remains high,and the construction of nuclear chemical industry is a new field at the exploratory stage.Therefore,how to realize the safe and efficient management of the construction of nuclear chemical industry has become a difficult problem.Therefore,this paper studies the evaluation of safety management system of nuclear chemical construction and installation enterprises,and points out the direction of improvement and optimization for safety management of nuclear chemical construction.This paper comprehensively consulted the domestic and foreign literatures on the safety management system of construction and installation enterprises,and clarified the concepts of safety management system,safety management system evaluation and its development status.At the same time,the characteristics of nuclear chemical construction enterprises are analyzed to prepare for the effective evaluation of safety management system of nuclear chemical construction and installation enterprises.Based on the above information,the index system of safety management assessment for nuclear chemical construction and installation enterprises is constructed,including 4 first-level indexes and 15 second-level indexes.In the theoretical model research part adopts analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to calculate the safety management evaluation index weights,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct nuclear chemical construction enterprise safety management system evaluation of fuzzy evaluation matrix,through synthetic fuzzy evaluation index weight matrix and safety management,to get fuzzy evaluation vector and safety management system;The grade of safety management system of nuclear chemical construction and installation enterprises is obtained by the method of anti-fuzzy operation.Finally,in the part of the actual case analysis,H company was taken as the actual research object,and the score of the safety level of H company by safety management experts was obtained through questionnaire survey,and the fuzzy judgment matrix was constructed.The ah P and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper are used to calculate the level of the safety management system of this enterprise.The fuzzy evaluation results show that the safety management system of H company is in a good level.
