| The industrial development history is an important component of our country economic development.In recent years,the industrial development of our country is still in the stage of "high energy consumption,high pollution,low income".Therefore,in the future industrial development,it is particularly important to open up a road of resource saving and industrial green.In this paper,the level measurement and spatio-temporal evolution of the industrial green development level of Anhui Province are carried out,and the level and development efficiency of the industrial green development of Anhui Province are finally obtained.Finally,the spatial autocorrelation of the industrial green development of Anhui Province is studied.It has certain theoretical significance to enrich the research of industrial green development and practical significance to improve the level of industrial green development in Anhui Province.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Establish the evaluation index system of Anhui Province’s industrial green development level,including 19 evaluation indexes from five aspects: economy,resources,environment,science and technology,and society.In the process of establishing the index,the connotation and framework of the index are analyzed in order to calculate the development level of Anhui Province’s industrial green development comprehensively considering various factors.(2)The entropy weight-TOPSIS evaluation is used to comprehensively evaluate the green industrial development of Anhui Province.Through the relevant indexes of2011-2020 data collection processing,first using the method of objective empowerment,entropy weight method to determine evaluation index weights,the use of TOPSIS method for measuring the level of green industry development level in anhui province in the end results show: the green industry development level in anhui province are generally good,but the differences between the various cities.From the final results,it can be seen that Hefei ranks the first and Wuhu ranks the second.There are still big differences in the comprehensive industrial development level among various prefectures and cities in Anhui Province.In the future,relevant policies should be actively adopted to promote the coordinated development of the province.(3)In order to measure the efficiency of industrial green development in Anhui Province more accurately,this paper adopts the SBM model considering unexpected output to calculate the efficiency of industrial green development in Anhui Province.The green development of industry is analyzed from two aspects of time and space.According to the calculation results of SBM model,the overall efficiency of industrial green development in Anhui Province is relatively fast,but there is still the problem of uneven regional distribution.From the perspective of time,with the development of China’s economy and society,Anhui Province’s industrial green development efficiency is also improving year by year;From the perspective of space,the development efficiency of Hefei and Bengbu is high,while that of Huainan and Huaibei is low.(4)This paper uses spatial autocorrelation model and Moran index in Geo Da software to analyze the spatial autocorrelation of industrial added value and green development efficiency in the green development of Anhui Province.From the analysis results,the Moran index of industrial added value in Anhui Province is 0.07,indicating that there is a positive spatial correlation,but the Monte Carlo test shows that the P value is greater than 0.1,so it is not significant.The Moran index value of green industrial development in Anhui Province is-0.266,indicating that there is a negative spatial correlation.Further Monte Carlo test shows that P=0.1,indicating that there is a significant negative spatial correlation at 90% confidence interval.The calculation results further show that there is a problem of uneven spatial distribution in the green development of industry in Anhui Province,which needs to be further improved for the areas with low development effect.This paper studies the green industrial development of Anhui Province from three aspects of horizontal development,horizontal measurement and spatial correlation,and finally provides countermeasures and suggestions for the green industrial development of Anhui Province.Figure [31] Table [13] Reference [78]... |
