In recent years,"renewable energy-based,distributed,open and shared "energy Internet" is considered to be an important revolutionary technology to solve the the gradual depletion of and environmental problems caused by fossil fuels.However,with the adjustment of energy structure,the rapid increase in grid connection of wind power and photovoltaic power generation has brought tremendous impact to the power grid.At the same time,the peak-valley difference of the power grid is increasing,which seriously affects the safety,stability and economy of the power system.The resolution of these problems depends on the application of energy storage technology.As an essential part of the energy internet,energy storage also plays an important role in the energy internet,thereby further promoting the rapid development of the energy internet.Furthermore,with the reduction of the cost of energy storage systems and the improvement of technical performance,the economics of electrochemical energy storage technology with long life,low cost,and high energy conversion efficiency gradually became prominent,and energy storage applications have gradually shifted from project demonstration to commercial operation.Economic feasibility is one of the decisive factors for whether an emerging technology can be applied commercially.Taking into account both technology and economy,can the development of the energy storage industry be promoted.Therefore,timely research on the economics of electrochemical energy storage and the establishment of a reasonable and effective economic evaluation system are of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the industrialization of energy storage technology.This thesis first studies the research results of energy storage economy,mentions the shortcomings at current stage and the inspiration for this research,and finds that there is only economic evaluation of single application,and does not form a systematic and comprehensive economic evaluation system that reflects the entire value of energy storage in the power system.Then,based on the economic evaluation theory of construction projects,the paper systematically sorts out the technical and economic measurement parameters,costs and benefits,and key financial indicators in the context of the energy internet,thereby constructing a complete financial evaluation model for electrochemical energy storage.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the energy storage system running through the entire system of power generation / transmission /transformation / distribution / utilization,the analysis of the externality of the power system and environmental protection is carried out to establish the national economic evaluation index.Subsequently,based on AHP’s Fuzzy theory,a comprehensive evaluation model and system for electrochemical energy storage covering financial evaluation indicators and national economic indicators were constructed.Next,through the Jiangsu user-end capacity energy storage project the evaluation system is applied.First calculate and analyze the key economic evaluation indicators,build a hierarchical analysis structure,use AHP to derive the importance weight of each evaluation indicator,and pass the consistency test to ensure the stability of judgment results and avoid contradictions.Then use the Fuzzy analysis method to combine quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators organically,analyze the results quantitatively,consider the opinions of experts,and form a comprehensive evaluation result.At the end of this paper,combined with the future development trend of electrochemical energy storage,it gives suggestions on related research directions.This thesis has certain reference significance for the economic research of electrochemical energy storage projects.The research results show that:(1)The newly constructed economic evaluation model of electrochemical energy storage in this paper,combined with the application scenarios and unique technical characteristics of energy storage systems in the generation / transmission / transformation/ distribution / utilization of power systems under the background of energy Internet Considers various technical and economic indicators and parameters of energy storage.Add LCOE/ LCOM indicators to the financial evaluation indicators,and consider the changes in the parameters of the entire life cycle of energy storage.Reflect the power system externalities and environmental protection externalities of energy storage projects.(2)The economic evaluation model and system in this paper have extensively used the hidden knowledge of human experience and others.It is a multi-dimensional construction process.Based on the observation and analysis of decision makers,the AHP-Fuzzy theory is introduced to establish a comprehensive evaluation model to accurately reflect decision makers.The understanding of the project and comprehensive consideration of expert opinions reduce the impact of individual subjective factors.(3)The electrochemical energy storage economic evaluation system in this paper is scientific,practical and easy to operate.It explores how to carry out the economic evaluation of energy storage as an emerging technology,and provides a new way of economic evaluation in this field.
