The Impact Of Water Quality On Tourism Economy Under Different Water Quantity

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the demand for high-quality economic development has been rising,and tourism has gradually become an important highland for high-quality development.However,the co VID-19 outbreak during the Spring Festival in 2020 has severely damaged the tourism industry,which was originally profitable.The economic development of tourism after the epidemic has not only undertaken the historical mission of promoting high-quality economic development,but also shoulded the burden of coordinating related industries to alleviate the "sequels" of the epidemic.Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,based on the two-mountain theory,all counties and cities take "water control" as a breakthrough point and rely on the water environment advantages to promote the economic growth of tourism,aiming to take "tourism" as an important starting point to protect clean water and green mountains more beautiful,and make gold and silver mountains bigger.However,in view of the different characteristics of water environment in each county and city in Zhejiang Province,in order to realize the advantages of water environment to promote tourism economic growth according to local conditions,this paper takes Zhejiang Province as an example to study the impact of water environment on tourism economy.First of all,this paper combs and summarizes relevant domestic and foreign literatures to establish the research keynote of the relationship between water environment and tourism economy.Secondly,by establishing the growth model of tourism economy under the constraint of water environment,it demonstrates the constraint effect of water environment on tourism economy,and further qualitatively analyzes the influence mechanism of water environment on tourism economy.Then,the evolution of water environment and tourism economy in Zhejiang province is grasped through spatio-temporal analysis.Finally,the heterogeneity of water pollution on tourism economic growth was investigated empirically through county data of Zhejiang Province.The following basic conclusions are drawn:(1)The optimal development level of tourism economy is constrained by the carrying capacity of water environment.(2)The water environment mainly influences the tourism economy through four routes: ecological tourism,domestic water for tourists,water culture tourism and "tourism +".(3)Water pollution in Zhejiang province has a significant negative feedback effect on tourism economy in general.However,in different water resource abundance areas,the impact of water pollution on tourism economy is heterogeneous.In the areas with poor water resources,water pollution limits the development scale of tourism economy by reducing the bearing threshold of water environment.In places with abundant water resources,water pollution reduces the image of tourism destinations relying on natural endowments,thus restricting the development of ecological tourism and water culture tourism.In the moderate water resource abundance,the short-term industrial development has more positive effect on "tourism +" than the negative effect of industrial water pollution on tourism economy.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward policy Suggestions to promote tourism economic growth from the perspective of water environment.
