Research On Rural Ecological Revitalization Leading By Village-Level Party Organizations

The villagers’ sense of happiness and gain is based on how the rural ecological environment has developed,which is also an important cornerstone of the rural revitalization strategy.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the Party and the state have dedicated to the governance of rural living environment,resolutely take solving ecological environmental problems as the priorities and objectives of rural work,and drive rural ecological revitalization with the spirit of perseverance.For the past few years,the rural ecological environment has been destroyed frequently,and confronted with the real difficulties,such as the shortage of ecological environment and resources,so protect and revitalize rural ecology has become a vital topic for the overall revitalization of rural areas.In addition,the village-level Party organizations,as the basic-level battle fort of the party in the countryside,bear the responsibility of implementing the "last mile" of relevant policies of the Party,and thus assume the responsibility of leadership,coordination and implementation in the rural ecological revitalization.Only by improving the overall planning,appeal and executive power of village-level party organizations,can we gather various forces to effectively promote village ecological revitalization and build a beautiful ecological home together.Based on the field investigation of D village in Hefei,this paper explains the role orientation and specific practice of the party organization in the rural ecological revitalization in D village,and investigates the practical obstruction of the party organization in the ecological revitalization in the village.Then,combined with the theory of "meta-governance" and related theories of grassroots party organization construction,the paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on how to better lead the rural ecological revitalization of the party organization in D village in the future.This paper primary discusses from five parts.The first part is the introduction,included the background and significance of the research,which combs and summarizes the relevant literature both here and abroad.The second part,expounds the role and opposite responsibility of the party organization in the rural ecological revitalization in D village.The third part,combined with the interview material,describes the specific practice of the party organization in the ecological revitalization of D village.The fourth part,analyzes the realistic hidden worries that the party organization of D village faces in the process of ecological revitalization;The last part,based on the previous analysis and experience summary,puts forward targeted policy suggestions on how to promote village-level party organizations to better lead rural ecological revitalization.
